We stayed here for one night on a short stop on our way south. It had what we needed. The room was clean and very spacious. There's free parking outside, but we opted to make use of the hotel's garage which costs 10 EUR a night. The staff wasn't much talkative, but were helpful. We didn't opt for the breakfast option, decided instead to go to a local bakery in the centre of the town. Overall good value for money.

We had a hire car and the hotel had free car parking. The rooms are very well priced (we are 2 friends, decided to get a room each). Breakfast is €5 but there is a supermarket downstairs and a bustling Japanese restaurant. The rooms have been fairly recently renovated, they’re big and functional. It’s a short walk to train station (we went to Modena, only 7 minutes away, visited the Enzo Ferrari museum which was excellent). it’s close to a fabulous restaurant Osteria Viadelante which was superb!

There is a musty/old smoke smell in lobby. No jug in room.

Staffs at reception is not welcoming. We arrived on the location around 12:00 in the afternoon, the receptionist said that we arrived early and maybe the rooms are not ready but with a angry tone. Didn't say anything because maybe He's tired, but with the type of work He has, he shouldn't be like that.

Located in the city center, restaurants, shops are in walking distance. Good location to explore nearby cities (Bologna, Modena, Reggio Emilia, etc.) or car museums (Ferrary, Lamborghini, Pagani, Ducati, Maserati) if you are a fan of them 😀. The breakfast was good and the staff is friendly.

The staff was very helpful, breakfast was good and the hostess was very personable. In general it was a good stay and I will returning on the 23 of this month for a four night stay with a group of 48 people.

Very friendly staff, bike storage in a locked garage and cot available for an extra fee. Very clean, tidy hotel.

Easy access, enough parking lots. Reasonably good breakfast - prosciutto, ham, cheese, croissant, boiled eggs, coffee, juice, milk... Friendly and helpful staff.

For the cost of stay I can't really complain. Small 'bar' fridge might work better next time.

Perfect stay for one night for family of 5 (3 kids). comfy beds. perfect location when traveling with car. very polite personel. our breakfast was not included, however in was optional for 5EUR. good coffee.
