The reception staff were super helpful and friendly. The cleaners were good and very accommodating. There is a quiet bar behind reception which is a nice relaxing space if you want to say indoors. The indoor pool is good and well stocked with towels. Breakfast was nice and varied.

The sauna is not on constantly but there is no sign to indicate the need to ask reception to switch it on. The pool was not open until mid-afternoon and sometimes not at all. Breakfast was not always topped up well, so late comers would not get much or cutlery/glasses would be missing. Being on the ground floor was nice but the ones near the car park entrance could do with sound proofing.

The restaurant next door, to get your breakfast, charged at €10/day. I also liked that the room was very comfortable and clean. All the amenities you could need. The mini fridge with little snacks and drinks (one beer, the rest softdrinks and water) was a nice touch. Good reception on the TV. And if you're like me, can't speak a word of Italian. You're able to cast shows from your phone to the TV. Very handy indeed. I really liked the shower too, lots of space, and the water pressure was perfect. There's an indoor pool available, too, if you want to wind down after the day.

The sockets in the room. Having an international adapter, I was only able to utilise one of the socket outlets, this was the only socket outlet my adapter could plug into, a bit of a disappointment

A very spacious apartment with much storage space and very clean. The pool area was also clean and was a great way to close the day. Breakfast was also excellent with savory and sweet options and tasty coffee to your liking. The location is quiet but far from the centre of Modena, it would be best to have a car. Special praise for the cleaning lady who did an exceptional job in tidying up our room!

The mattress in the large bedroom was very hard and ventilation noise is noticeable at night. Kitchen in the apartment can be used with a daily supplement of 10 eur, I do not remember seeing this in the Booking listing (maybe it was stated, i just didn't notice it).

The service was PHENOMENAL. Every single person working here was kind and helpful. I’m travelling with my small dog and they made the journey so much more pleasant. I could bring him to all of my meals. The room was exceptionally clean. I booked as a surprise anniversary stop during our drive through Italy and the staff did not disappoint. Red flowers in the tub and on the bed with beautifully displayed robes, slippers and Prosecco. Free parking is a huge bonus. Along with a huge park behind the hotel great for kids and dogs. Would rate my stay 20/10!

Staff were nice, rooms were large. We were travelling with a 7 month old and 3 year old who both loved the indoor pool. Breakfast was delightful and the staff who looked after guest in the morning were attentive and helpful

Initially we turned up to the wrong best western which was in the area of Moderna, the front desk attendee (From memory a male by the name of Adriano) was working at reception. There was one person in front of me who I patiently waited to finish (this took a long time). Then when I enquired about our booking he said he couldnt find me and then proceed to ignore me to serve a man. It wasnt until another staff member came to see me that she looked at my booking and gave me directions to the right hotel. This kind of treatment would make me not recommend this hotel

Perfect location and extremely well presented hotel.The staff were friendly and even took the time to allocate reserved parking area for our car club cars for the duration of the stay. I would definitely use this hotel again.

The restaurant was not well organised for dinner in the evening, and on a couple of separate occasions, there were slight issues with food being sent out cold and wrong orders and missing orders. However, breakfast in the same restaurant, with different staff, was good and without any issues at all.

The hotel is located a short distance by car from Modena center. The room was large, clean and extremely comfortable. Well laid out and thoughtfully equipped.

The only only thing that I can comment about is that we were located on the first floor and my husband had to carry the suitcases up a flight of stairs. A minor inconvenience for us but good to know for families or elderly travelers that there is no lift.

Good location to visit Modena, Marinello, Parma or Bologna. Nice spaces rooms. Good international breakfast, staff is happy to bring you coffee at the table. McDonalds, Gelatino and supermarkt is across the street. Car parking is onsite.. Pools are great and towels are free for hotel guests.

Gym is a little bit outdated

The breakfast bar is really exceptional. Nice outdoor pool.

Lot's of rules and inflexibility. - Forced to book two rooms for our family of 5 because our youngest was not allowed to share a bed with us in a suite room. - Shower caps required (5 Euro each) for the indoor pool, but not the outdoor pool. Hotel property is connected to a casino, but the actual hotel grounds are family friendly.

We were looking for a place to stay in Modena on our way from Verona to Firenze. This turned out great. Good value for money, Ferrari museum nearby (by car). Out of the limited traffic zone. We went into town at night, found good parking spots, didn’t have to pay for it (not charged past 8pm). Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great breakfast! Comfortable room for a one night stay.
