First of all, amazing hosts of this B&B, who invest not only their time and indeed big talents, but also their souls and hearts into this place. Our room as well as common areas are equipped with the big taste and elegance. Every detail is well thought-through in order to serve possible needs of the guests of B&B. Last, but not least to mention: outstanding cooking talents of Gianna, the host of the place, hospitality of her and her husband, nice environment around and the price, which is more than reasonable for this level of service and quality

I cannot believe the level of hospitality here! My family and I felt like visiting our parents' house. This is a place where we definitely want to return on many occasions. We would spend our life there and would not complain. Gianna and Giuliano are such wonderful hosts that we were sorry when we were leaving. This is also the cleanest place I've ever stayed in. I slept and used the spaces like I was living there myself. Gianna's recipes were incredibly delicious! The coffee we had there was amazing! We tried all the homemade desserts and dishes for breakfast. As I write, I feel words cannot do justice to our stay at B&B Igea 50.

Not even one thing. It was the textbook definition of a perfect stay. We had a car; so we had no problem reaching the place. Gianna and Giuliano have bikes for rent. If we didn't have the car, we would definitely have asked them for the bikes. The train station is very close, but we did not need it as well.

We stayed at this amazing b&b for four nights as a base to tour the area (Bologna, Modena, Verona ). We enjoyed an exceptional hospitality, cozy places that makes you feel at home, delicious home made with many options for breakfast . Above all, lovely couple that goes above and beyond to make at home. They give great tips for the region, restaurants, ice cream, activities, etc.

Gianna went above and beyond. I would give her a 10 if I was able to. Her food was delicious and her home was meticulously, clean, beautiful surroundings and she is a beautiful person in along with her husband. She helped me find a cheese factory to attend and also balsamic factory. However, the torrential rains and I chose only to go to. One choice was incredible. I truly did not want to leave there. It was like being at a five star hotel. The bed was amazing. I slept for nine hours. Highly recommend

Breakfast is breathtaking .. a selection of a dozen local cakes ... and much more. Hosts are extremly welcoming. We booked - again - because we felt so welcome and comfortable the first time, and felt the same again this time. Also important: Ultra safe parking in the courtyard, which is locked. In order to reach the city centre of Modena, you take a train. The train station is just around the corner (200 meters) with trains to the city center at least every hour. There are some restaurants close by (3 min by car).

The B&B was so quaint and charming. The owners took great care in attending to every detail. It’s located in a very quiet residential section of Modena. Beautiful property with lots of birds. The breakfast was amazing! And the location was a quick train ride to the historic center of Modena. It was a great retreat for us, especially coming from visiting the busy and crowded city of Rome.

Although after reading many positive reviews, the place at Gianna still exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless clean, bed was very comfortable, nicely decorated with good taste and love to details. We slept very well and was supervised by the fantastic breakfast! You really need to try out by your own :). Gianna is very warm hearted, caring and welcoming. Thank you so much Gianna, we will definately come back if we return to the region. We highly recommend to everyone who travel around Modena/ Bologna.

Comfortable room, great shower and bathroom. Warm hospitality from Gianna and she arranged dinner reservations for me the night I was there! In the morning, there were a lot of amazing sweets and great coffee. I had a rental car which is helpful, because the property is a few kms from the city center.

Splendid B&B with very clean and cozy rooms and a very nice bathroom and shower. You really can't ask for more, regarding the stay. What makes this place stand out are the hosts, Gianna and Giuliano (I think). When you wake up and come to the breakfast area, you feel like at home and Gianna is doing her best to make you a perfect breakfast. Her cakes, as already mentioned in a bunch of reviews, are magnificent. It is very hard to stop eating them :) The whole place is full of details, they are really living for the experience. The garden is also very nice. And the parking is behind the gates. Really recommend. Will definitely come again if in the neighborhood.

The location isn't super great for pedestrians probably, but you are not bothered by it very much, since the B&B is a world on its own.

Lovely hosts, very comfortable beds, beautiful terrace for relaxing outside and an absolutely amazingly generous breakfast spread. We might just need to come back to Italy to stay here again’
