Very helpful staff and a great breakfast. Great location if you have a car - just off the express way.

Even for Japan, the beds were very hard. However the hotel was very happy to add extra blankets underneath. Much appreciated!

Breakfast was excellent! Room was perfect! View was super! The ice machine was broken and I went to the front desk to tell them and the employee a few seconds later came out with a bucket of ice and apologized for the machine being broken.

Each floor should have the vending machines with soda and beer/alcohol beverages. Also should have an ice machine. Not to comfortable to have to go all the way to first floor to get soft drinks and ice.
