We truly loved everything about our stay at Nancy’s Holiday Homes. Nancy and her team are so friendly and helpful – you instantly feel like you’re in good hands. The vibe of the place is just perfect – beautifully decorated, warm, welcoming and full of charm. It really felt like a home away from home, but with the bonus of a postcard-worthy view from the balcony (mountain, forest, cabins & flowers). The room was huge, spotless and super comfortable. We loved waking up to the spectacular view of the mountains and forest every morning – a true breath of fresh air. The food was excellent, with fair prices and delicious daily specials. I especially enjoyed the latte macchiato and matcha latte. You can tell a lot of thought goes into everything here. The location is fantastic – tucked against the forest, so peaceful and romantic, but still super central. It’s a great base for exploring the area: close to Lago di Anterselva (stunning!), just the right distance from the Three Peaks (perfect for hikes with kids), and there’s even a forest playground in the next village. While it’s not a typical family hotel, there were so many great things to do with kids nearby, and we felt completely at ease. The best of both worlds, in my opinion. Nancy also gave us some spot-on food & sight recommendations in the area – every place we tried was a hit. We’ve stayed in lots of places, but this one really stands out for its relaxed atmosphere, thoughtful touches, and genuine hospitality. Honestly, we’d recommend it to anyone without hesitation. Can’t wait to come back!

We truly liked everything, so no negatives. Go for it if you want a lovely holiday experience. Just a small tip for future guests: there’s no broom or vacuum in the room, only a brush and pan. If you’re staying a bit longer, it might be handy to bring your own for quick clean-ups. Interim cleaning is available, though we found it to be quite light – so having your own cleaning option can make your stay even more comfortable. Also, if you plan to have dinner at the hotel (which we definitely recommend – the food is fantastic!), make sure to book it early in the day. You can usually order until 3pm, but it was fully booked one evening during our stay, so best to plan ahead to avoid missing out.

We loved absolutely everything about this stay. The ambiance with candles,, decor and nice smell everywhere. The pool was soo perfect with temperature and lounge chairs well planned inside and out. Beautiful garden and drinks offered. Enough showers. Sauna area was phenomenal.and convenient to access from pool. The breakfast was also delicious, varied, healthy, and Beautiful. This hotel has gone above and beyond in every detail. It was spotless everywhere and they let us have a ittle later checkout so we could enjoy breakfast. Capuccino and breakfast was best i had in Dolomites. Nancy's is located in a cute town surrounded by lush green mountains, 1 hr from tre cime and 25 min from lake braies, 3 min from the center of rasun de sotto,, a small town. The mattresses were comfy and blankets like clouds. We wish we had more nights here!. Thank you for a perfect stay!

It’s beautiful design, very comfortable that it has many useful facilities. And the best part - swimming pool :)

A little misscommunication about breakfast. One member of staff said we can get breakfast as we come to reception in the morning, but when we came, we were told all breakfast needs to be preordered. Same situation about washing facilities, one member of staff gave us instructions, then later another person said we don’t need to buy washing power as everything is there, but it wasn’t . So again we had to get back to the person and explain they are wrong, and their colleague’s instructions are right.

Canadian wooden homes are really beautiful, place is peaceful and private, big parking lot, very nice sauna/spa facility (included in price), outdoor pool is heated and really great, also resting area is beautiful. We were very nicely welcomed by staff and had great luck listening to great live music in the lounge (don't worry, it's not lasting too long or being loud, if you need to rest). Overall wonderful experience and would love to visit again!

For some of our family members the bed mattresses were too hard, while some of them liked it, while the couch bedding was too soft, but in general still quite good, so it really depends what you prefer. The rest of amenities were perfect.

Beautiful spa and bar area, lovely pool, very comfy room with balcony and cooking area which was nice, amazing bike facilities and very friendly and helpful owner made it a really lovely stay. Breakfast can be ordered the day before and was all very delicious, likewise focaccia for dinner but we were too late to order

Nothing really - maybe good to know there is no restaurant on site and not many options without a walk but that did not bother us

This is a gem of a hotel. The location is secluded and quiet. Surrounded by beautiful tall pines. It’s positioned close enough to town and many popular hiking routes in the Dolomites. The hotel is tastefully designed and thoughtfully equipped. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Food is good and fair prices. Spa is massive.

My only complaint, if I were to have one, would be that the pool closes at 8:00.

The facilities are recently renovated, creating a high-end, modern and tasteful atmosphere. The pool and fitness facilities were gorgeous. The expansive spa and sauna with mutltiple steam rooms offer a more traditional Roman motif with pink marble tile and stone pillars and statues. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Nancy greeted us on arrival and talked with us for a long time over drinks at the well-stocked lobby bar. The location is convenient to many of the marquis hiking trails and landmarks in the area.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Nancy Holiday Homes in Dolomites! From the moment we arrived, Nancy's kindness and attention to detail made our stay exceptional. The hotel's amenities, including the swimming pool and sauna, added to the relaxation and enjoyment of our trip. If you don't have a car, be prepared to walk through the forest around 10 minutes from the bus stop

The establishment in question was equipped to a high standard, offering optimum comfort during our stay. The peaceful surroundings were particularly appreciated, allowing us to fully recharge our batteries. In addition, the warm welcome we received on arrival and the availability of the staff throughout our stay greatly contributed to making our experience a memorable one. Everything!!!! From the minute we checked in until the moment we checked out everything was beyond perfect. The property is super well decorated, modern and clean. It’s stylish but still has a family/cozy vibe to it. The location is perfect because it’s a bit off the center so it’s quiet and relaxing but still within an easy drive of restaurants, main attractions and supermarkets. The team was very friendly and nice and they even upgraded us to a bigger room upon our arrival. We definitely will be coming back because we fell in love with the place ❤️
