The duplex rooms are great for families, especially with young kids. The only down side is that the restroom are upstairs which might be a struggle for the little ones. The facilities are great - swimming pool is opened quite late as well as the gym. The restaurant is really tasty and breakfast is just as great. Perfect location on route to the Alps, good way to avoid the traffic going up to the slopes.

The room was lacking some amenities unfortunately. I would have welcomed some flip flops to go to the pool or bathrobes.

Although it was comfortable, it did not match up to the other mercure hotels standards that I have stayed in before. Maybe because we booked an apartment and not individual rooms. Anyway, it wasn't bad at all. No complaints. The staff was very nice and cooperative, the pool was perfect, and the location was great. Great facilities in the room. I will definitely recommend this hotel

The room was perfect, so was the bed. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

However the waitress at the bar wasn’t friendly. Obviously she wanted to finish work early and made this clear to is with 30 minutes to go before closing time

We got a great offer so we were in the Premiere suits with jacuzzi and more space. We liked the very broad hours of the swimming pool 7:00 - 23:00 so we have lot's of swimms and time to relax.

Staff are very friendly and we liked the tea.

The bistro needs a better menu with more choice for lactose free. I always like the burger but my Wife's steak was too chewy. Happy to pay more if there is an improvement.

The venue and staff were very good.

The restaurant food is pretty average with a limited choice. I find this strange for a Mecure and for one that is France! One would have thought the food should be gourmand but alas not.

Great for an overnight stay enroute from holiday priority in Italy to holiday property in France, close to the motorway, secure parking and area to exercise our dog. We arrived late so didn’t eat dinner or use the gym/swimming pool. The buffet breakfast had a good selection.

Very modern with an exceptionally comfortable bed, really hot water and fantastic water pressure. My only complaint was the air conditioning not up to the task and we needed to cool off by opening the window !!

This hotel is a perfect stop off to the Alps. Very close to the main road, easy check in and friendly staff. The rooms are a little jaded but in reality its still very good value for money. The pool is great and the dinner and breakfast were both excellent.
