Hotel is very close to AIRPORT so if you need such location it is very good. Plus is that there is also railway station very close so traveling to Lyon city or even Paris is very convenient. Hotel is very nicely designed inside with pleasant wibe. The room was spacius and very quite. Even if youa re very close to airport,you do not hear noise. The Breakfast is excelent. Check-in and Check-out can be done online so you do not have to wait in reception too much.

They ˝book˝ 200€ as reservation on card, for what? Anyway they have my card detils, so if I maybe take something from minibar? If I take everything out, that does not cost 10€ so do not know why they do that reservation.

Across from the airport terminals, so very convenient for catching our flight the next day. Our room was very large and the beds comfortable. Clean and tidy. The front desk staff spoke very good English and were very helpful at check in and at check out when we asked to have our luggage stored. The restaurant and bar are very convenient, with limited menu.

The price is pretty high for the type of hotel. We had no body soap in the bathroom (the container was empty). The carpeted hallways did not help us roll our suitcases at the very end of the hallway. There is no parking in front of the hotel if you drive up and want to leave your suitcases at the front desk, but we were able to park for 10 min at the paved area further up from the entrance. Late check out (by one hour) is charged at 10 euro, which is upsetting considering the high priced rooms.

We were very impressed with everything about this stay. The meal in the dining room was excellent. I forget the name of our of our server but we learned she was 27 years. She was personable and very helpful when we asked if she could open a bottle of wine for our room. Not only did she open the bottle, but she got a bucket with ice and two glasses! She made our stay delightful.

I am very sad that lI may have lost a pouch with a sizable amount of US dollars. It was a plastic zippered case that is tan on one side and a pattern on the other side. In the room my luggage tipped over and items fell on the floor. I retrieved what I found, but I think the case may have fallen under the bed. I have written to the hitel to ask if the case was turned in, but I have not yet gotten a response. Ii offered a reward to the finder. Even a response would be helpful, if only to put the worry to rest. Otherwise, this was a great stay. I would stay there again.

We chose the buffet for dinner and were surprised by the quantity of dishes on offer and by the quality. The wine was rather expensive but beautifully served and of excellent quality. We had a fairly late breakfast and, as we had a long drive ahead of us, were able to treat it more like brunch. And again, the enormous choice and quality was exceptional. The beautiful fresh fruit was particularly welcome. The hotel is so close to the terminal and the restaurant is open every evening that it is always my first choice at Lyon Airport.

I think we liked just about everything.

A great hotel for a night sleep when you come in late to the airport or need to leave early. 30 second walk from the terminal to the hotel. Dinner was great but we skipped the breakfast, a bit pricey unless you intend spending a lot of time eating. Staff is used to skiers and you can keep the skis in the reception so you don't have to drag them up to the room. Great beds, I slept like a baby. Tip: the A/C made some noice but when we turned down the fan speed it went quiet.

We really liked the hotel (spent one night coming into Lyon and one night before flying out) but it costs a bit if you're only there for a quick layover. But you pay for the location and convenience.

The hotel is located in 100 meters from Lyon Airport. Comfortable rooms and even the windows open (in the rooms that face the side of the Rhonexpress station). We rented two rooms - the triple was much larger than the double, but the double was also quite enough. We stayed many times in airport hotels in different countries and this hotel is one of the best of its kind. It is also rather cheap, in Dubai for such a price you can only sleep for a 3-4 hours in a hotel inside the airport )

Location close to the airport for an early morning flight. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Fantastic shower and good quality linen. Access to British TV channels was much appreciated. Very helpful and friendly receptionist as we checked in. Quiet room despite being so close to the airport.

Would have liked milk rather than cream provided and some tea-bags in the room - but appreciate this is a personal choice. We advised the receptionist on our departure that the shower base was extremely slippery when the shower was in use. However this would not deter us from using this hotel again - excellent ambience overall.

The staff were very friendly at this well-located hotel, which is conveniently situated in front of the railway station and airport. The breakfast buffet was extensive and offered a wide variety of options. The hotel also features nice decoration and stylish interiors, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

The restaurant for dinner has a limited menu and is overpriced. The buffet costs almost 35 euros and primarily offers cold dishes, with a very limited selection of hot dishes. Being an airport hotel, there is quite a bit of noise from people arriving late or leaving early in the morning.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early I the morning and the room was ready, perfect after a sleepless nights and a long flight. Great location for the stopover , just in front of the airport! The city center can be reached by tram which is 5 min walk from the hotel. Very cozy reception, nice and quiet rooms. We’ve got everything we needed. Breakfast was exceptional, great variety of food and drinks. Everything fresh and tasty. Loved the Christmas atmosphere) Sauna was a nice bonus.

My front desk experience with Laurence at 10am on May 17, 2024 was outstanding and memorable. She was able to check me in early instead of just leaving my bag for the day. She offered some tips for traveling into Vieux Lyon which saved me at least 30€. We also had fun giving me a suitable French name. I also enjoyed the location, breakfast and accomodations for a late checkout the following day when my flight was cancelled. Since I was rerouted with an overnight stop in Vienna I was immediately booked a night at the NH property at the Vienna airport.

Some small maintenance and cleaning items like the shower drain not working, no soap in the body wash dispenser and some leftover hair from a previous guest in the tub (probably related to the drain problem).
