Good breakfast choices, and OJ machine for fresh juice was great. The scrambled eggs were way too salty as if everyone who touched the pan salted them without tasting. Unbearable. Everything else was perfect.

Getting to the hotel was a nightmare. We could not drop off our luggage anywhere outside the hotel, so that we could return the rental car, and were not told that until we had booked. Once we got to the airport, which is the only way to enter the hotel, we had to go up and down escalators, with our luggage, and they didn't all have an attached elevator! At one point this required unloading luggage and then finishing another cart, and reloading. The walk was tremendous with no people mover sidewalks. Much to far to go. Will stay elsewhere next time.

Absolutely love the look and feel of this hotel! Fantastic interiors, and excellent location. It's charming, clean, and comfortable. Loved that it was silent, too. A wonderful haven within the airport.

My flight landed later than scheduled, and although I'd written to inform the hotel that I would therefore check in after midnight, there were no instructions on how to access the hotel. I arrived exhausted only to have spent more than 30mins at the elevator, trying to gain access into the hotel. My esim wasn't working and there was no one to help me. At the 40min mark, I finally managed to get my esim to connect. Can the hotel think of a better way for guests to gain access? Perhaps an online check in system/code? It's extremely frustrating to arrive super exhausted and be kept outside for an already paid for room. Separately, it might be good to consider placing a non slip surface in the showers.

Location was so convenient. We dropped off our hire car and checked in to Moxy the afternoon before our flight back to Australia. We had an excellent dinner at the Moxy restaurant and relaxed for the evening. Next day we could pack and check out at 12 ready for our flight out of Terminal 1. Coffee and tea in our room was very convenient and filtered water readily available. Loved the quirky decor. Reception Staff spoke excellent English and were so professional yet friendly. We were upgraded to a runway view. Restaurant staff were excellent too.

Everything was great.

My plane got in around 11 p.m. It was great to be able to just press an elevator button to get to the the hotel, where I was greeted in a friendly manner and informed of all the things I needed to know to check in, etc. The room was spotless. It also had everything I needed, a comfortable bed, good soap, and light switches that were not inscrutable and a kind of whimsy in how the room was arranged. Breakfast was great. It had something for every nationality, or food program. And the fresh orange juice machine was the bomb! A glass of fresh squeezed orange juice in a nanosecond. What's not to love.

Okay. Just one thing. The toilet paper shouldn't be installed so far behind the person sitting on the throne. It's too much of a twist to reach it. (I hope you don't post this part.🤦🏻‍♀️)

Our room was an accessibility room therefore big enough to cater for a wheelchair user so for us, not needing a wheelchair, there was an abundance of space. Surprisingly very quiet even though it is situated in the airport. Bed was very comfortable. We visited the restaurant on the night we stayed, my wife had a pasta dish which she said was very tasty but unfortunately I couldn’t say the same for my pizza which I sent back.

The only thing I had cause to complain about was the pizza I had on the night of our stay. It was literally burnt black, I did try to eat a small portion but all I could taste was burnt food. I pointed this out to the waiter who immediately took it away and brought a perfectly cooked pizza in about 20 mins. The restaurant staff were very pleasant and accommodating, nothing was a problem to them even though they were rushed off their feet due to the fact there was just not enough of them, in my opinion. Their hard work is to be commended.

Exellent location, super easy to find. Clean. Comfortable pillows.

Elevator takes guests to reception. As it doesn’t work at night time and call button doesn’t work as well and answers only in french that is out of service. You need to call reception on your phone. Thank you for a lovely guest that arrived at same hotel after delayed flight at night time and help me out to get to reception to check in. No coffee machine , no iron no body lotion in the room. I did expect a little more from Moxy hotel chain.

Location was the reason I booked the hotel as it is right inside the terminal in Lyon. I had a late flight arrival which was made even later by a 2 hour delay, so I arrived gone midnight. The Moxy is approx. a 9 mins walk from arrivals. Super cool hotel, nicely styled & great decor if that's your thing. Cool view of the planes & runway from the room but I had an early departure, so was wasted on me unfortunately! Good breakfast also & bed was super comfy. Would definitely recommend this place & will be staying here again in future. Very close to departures for flying off & buses & train station also super close. Hotel is really well signposted throughout the airport.

The member of staff on duty when I arrived could have been a little less grumpy..... :) Eggs at breakfast looked like they'd been there a while, but otherwise breakfast was great.

I was impressed by the size of the room and the amazing sound-proofing! We couldn't hear the airplane noise at all, nor was hallway noise an issue at all. The breakfast was awesome! Wonderful selections- even warm-your-own crêpes!

The fitness room wasn't impressive- nor was it clean. The cleaning supplies for guests to use were completely out (no disinfectant wipes, the spray bottle empty, no paper towels for wiping equipment.). The level of staff was a bit light to keep up with a huge number of guests (due to a canceled flight)- but they made it work! It just caused some extra hard work to meet the dinner demand.

Perfect for an early morning flight. Super convenient and well thought out. We dropped the hire car off the night before and caught the airport bus to the terminal where the hotel is located. Had a great night's sleep and a 5 minute walk to check in next day. Good value for money. No regrets.

A little hard to reach. We wanted to drop luggage at the front before returning the hire car but there was no access to the carpark or hotel entrance at night. The carpark attendant was a little rude and didn't explain it very clearly. We had to turn back and drop the car first bringing all of our luggage back on the airport bus. A little frustrating.

I use the Moxy when I am flying in and out of Lyon airport. It is always clean, quite, and convenient. Check-in is easy and the staff has always been agreeable.

The poor staff at the bar!!! They were overwhelmed with a large crowd that must have come in on several evening flights. The two bar tenders could not keep up with the demand and were surrounded by frustrated travelers. Not their fault, someone needs to make sure they are staffed and supported better. If the third person is stuck checking people in, they need a person to come support. It was unfortunate and not entirely the fault of the two servers, they were set up to fail. They should be either bar tenders or dealing with the steady stream of food orders for the tables, not both.
