Comfortable, clean and convenient in the airport for our early morning flight. Adequate breakfast.

The service in the restaurant in the evening. Staff were rushed oof their feet. We had to ask twice for a carafe of water and still didn’t get it. There were 4 items on the menu marked gluten free. One “sur demande”. I ordered that gluten free but it had already been made with gluten. That doesn’t make any sense. Another item labelled gluten free contained wheat cereal. I eventually had a salad which was mediocre. I suggest your staff and chef be properly trained in what constitutes gluten free. Eating gluten makes me and others extremely ill.

The friendly staff. The bed. The linen. Clean surfaces. The air con was working and finally cooled the room after two hours. So that was good. Quiet room. All the drinks are out in the hall by the lift so if you need more water or tea, or a fresh cup, you can.

The under bed lighting came on every time there is movement of a sheet on the bed. Only way to turn it off is to switch off the electricity to the entire room. The carpet was clean looking but was too dusty. The air con is a minimum of 21⁰. On a hot day it took just over 2 hours to cool the room. When arrival time is advised by the first it would be better if there was at least an attempt to decrease the room temperature, even slightly, in advance. Closing the curtains during the day might have made it less hot in there.

Fantastic spacious room, large comfy bed, views on to the runway were fabulous. shower facilities were great. Our Ryanair flight had been cancelled on the Friday due to France air traffic control. We managed to get another flight on Saturday morning leaving Lyon airport and did not want to miss our flight or have any other hiccups. Staying at this hotel, in the actual airport, gave us peace of mind. The hotel was already in the terminal. From leaving the hotel room in the morning, we were at passport control within 10 minutes, if that.

I wish we could have enjoyed the room and hotel more but we were tired when we arrived and went to sleep straight away. then we were out first thing in the morning. There wasn't anything we did not like about the room or hotel.

The location inside the airport building was excellent, very convenient for returning rental car and being in place for an early flight. The room was modern and spacious with plenty space for suitcases, and with all necessary facilities. it was well soundproofed so that although our panoramic window looked out onto the runways , we couldn't hear anything. The dining room was very good with friendly. attentive staff for our evening meal which was better than expected and the breakfast was also excellent with plenty choice.

Apart from the bathroom mirror, the only other mirror was poorly lit in the entrance way. Everything else was excellent.

Good breakfast choices, and OJ machine for fresh juice was great. The scrambled eggs were way too salty as if everyone who touched the pan salted them without tasting. Unbearable. Everything else was perfect.

Getting to the hotel was a nightmare. We could not drop off our luggage anywhere outside the hotel, so that we could return the rental car, and were not told that until we had booked. Once we got to the airport, which is the only way to enter the hotel, we had to go up and down escalators, with our luggage, and they didn't all have an attached elevator! At one point this required unloading luggage and then finishing another cart, and reloading. The walk was tremendous with no people mover sidewalks. Much to far to go. Will stay elsewhere next time.

The reception and restaurant staff was lovely: very helpful and welcoming. The room was large enough to be able to move despite our 6 bags/suitcases and despite the baby cot. The room and bathroom were spotless clean (even in the little corners and holes that our toddler wanted to put his little fingers into!). And the location is very convenient, 5 minutes walk from the gates. I was afraid to hear the sound of planes taking off and landing but I didn't.

I usually find stuff to write in this section but in this hotel's case, I can't. Best quality price ratio for an airport hotel!

Absolutely love the look and feel of this hotel! Fantastic interiors, and excellent location. It's charming, clean, and comfortable. Loved that it was silent, too. A wonderful haven within the airport.

My flight landed later than scheduled, and although I'd written to inform the hotel that I would therefore check in after midnight, there were no instructions on how to access the hotel. I arrived exhausted only to have spent more than 30mins at the elevator, trying to gain access into the hotel. My esim wasn't working and there was no one to help me. At the 40min mark, I finally managed to get my esim to connect. Can the hotel think of a better way for guests to gain access? Perhaps an online check in system/code? It's extremely frustrating to arrive super exhausted and be kept outside for an already paid for room. Separately, it might be good to consider placing a non slip surface in the showers.

Location was so convenient. We dropped off our hire car and checked in to Moxy the afternoon before our flight back to Australia. We had an excellent dinner at the Moxy restaurant and relaxed for the evening. Next day we could pack and check out at 12 ready for our flight out of Terminal 1. Coffee and tea in our room was very convenient and filtered water readily available. Loved the quirky decor. Reception Staff spoke excellent English and were so professional yet friendly. We were upgraded to a runway view. Restaurant staff were excellent too.

Everything was great.

My plane got in around 11 p.m. It was great to be able to just press an elevator button to get to the the hotel, where I was greeted in a friendly manner and informed of all the things I needed to know to check in, etc. The room was spotless. It also had everything I needed, a comfortable bed, good soap, and light switches that were not inscrutable and a kind of whimsy in how the room was arranged. Breakfast was great. It had something for every nationality, or food program. And the fresh orange juice machine was the bomb! A glass of fresh squeezed orange juice in a nanosecond. What's not to love.

Okay. Just one thing. The toilet paper shouldn't be installed so far behind the person sitting on the throne. It's too much of a twist to reach it. (I hope you don't post this part.🤦🏻‍♀️)

Our room was an accessibility room therefore big enough to cater for a wheelchair user so for us, not needing a wheelchair, there was an abundance of space. Surprisingly very quiet even though it is situated in the airport. Bed was very comfortable. We visited the restaurant on the night we stayed, my wife had a pasta dish which she said was very tasty but unfortunately I couldn’t say the same for my pizza which I sent back.

The only thing I had cause to complain about was the pizza I had on the night of our stay. It was literally burnt black, I did try to eat a small portion but all I could taste was burnt food. I pointed this out to the waiter who immediately took it away and brought a perfectly cooked pizza in about 20 mins. The restaurant staff were very pleasant and accommodating, nothing was a problem to them even though they were rushed off their feet due to the fact there was just not enough of them, in my opinion. Their hard work is to be commended.
