The design of the room is nice. The room is large and equuiped with everything that i needed for my business stay. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in a former industrial building. While the concept an execution are nice, one could have no idea that they are next to a hotel. There is no signage on the building, and we had to call the property for directions while we were parked just in front of it.

I arrived late at night a was received by a friendly staff member who showed me the room and the locale and also recommended an amazing restaurant named sumsumiya that I went to the next day. the room was perfect, very cosy and artfully decorated. I will definitely return to this little gem!

We had a great vacation, the room was warm and cosy and the location was amazing! But what we liked the most is that the place is dog friendly :)

The room was large, well decorated and clean. The staff at arrival wete friendly and very helpful.

The price was high and breakfast was served only from 9 am which is really late especially in an area where people go hiking and it is very hot. We had to leave at 8:30 so we didn’t get any breakfast.

The pillows are terrible, Hair in the bath Not enough towels Not enough pillows No towel to wipe the water on the floor after taking a shower There is a smell of sewage in the entrance hall to the room

I was shocked that for 3000NS shekels the number was totally covered by dust ! Shame ! Pure shame on this hotel and their owners! Of course the bed was dirty with the rest of somebody’s hair. For almost thousand dollars there was to slippers ! No chair for baby (no chairs at all). The furniture was so dusty and it was old dust- like after each guest they even don’t have a thought to clean so the dust, fat spots, crumbs and hair are just collected!

It’s awful ! With all that I wrote above is adding that during my ordering nobody answered me in time in chat of hotel! Like they do some indulgence for me. The rare answer that I get was unclear ,so I need to write one more time to clarify and that stop answering at all!! Also the reception person was all the time ebsent! What is that? No support at all! Do I need to run after him all my journey? I came to rest and not to wait for reception guy! No tooth brush ,no sewing kit or any small things that can be needed for guest! Mud and dust like nobody even start to think wash the floor! And no slippers for guests!

Definitely not worth the charge ! The pictures are obviously edited and do not reflect at all the actual setup. Appropriate for a middle school trip maybe.. .. extremely disappointed. Not recommended by far
