Great value. 2 bedroom apartments with a kitchen, heated indoor pool that is great for kids, decent breakfast, friendly staff. Great location a few steps from the crater rim.

Furniture could use updating, but everything works and is clean. I'd rather have older furniture and a low prices than pay extra for fancy furnishings.

Just wanted to give a review of this hotel as it was perfect for my needs. I came with my daughter to Mitspe Ramon on an overnight stay so we could mountain bike along the crater trails. We had a ride at sunset and then a very early start with a ride at sunrise. My daughter is 13 so I didnt want to go somewhere very fancy ie Beresihit as would be wasted on a kid and too expensive. Price wise this hotel was excellent just under 500 shekel for the night. The breakfast was perfect although could have had some cake/mufins/roalach. The staff were very friendly. Rooms clean. Lovely bathroom with a jacuzzi which was amazing. Location wise we were 5 minute walk, 2 min ride from the crater and enjoyed the bike parths there. The swimming pool was amazing. Not huge but we loved it. All in all a wonderful overnight stay at a perfect price

Problem with the room. We wished to have a bath and there was a problem with the tub, very quick the whole bathroom was full of with water. Damaged the experience. Even though it was an unpleasant situation, the girl in the reception was very helpful and moved us to a better room! Main problem was the food. There were bugs over most of the food, you could see that some of the food was not fresh and even done stomachache after the meal.

Breakfast is very good: ample choice of cheeses, salads breads and more. Coffee is available from machine (bean to cup) and different selection can be made.

The room was on the second floor which would mean that without lift someone who is disabled would have a problem. The swimming pool was closed, though as it was fairly small it did not matter as we were mostly out anyway.

We liked the the size of the room and the shower and tub were excellent. It's in a decent location next to the crater And a small commercial strip that has a great restaurant and Co-Op to shop at. It's a clean place with a decent breakfast. Worked well for us while seeing the Ramon crater. Karen in housekeeping was great to deal with and helped us out with an issue we had while there.

Unless you stay at the super posh bresheet hotel , it's really the only upscale option in a small desert town lacking good diverse accommodations. We would recommend avoiding the shabbat dinner as it was not good value for the food served.

The location, the staff, the room was good value for the money, nice breakfast.

Our non smoking room smelled from cigarettes. We complained and received a different room which was larger but not renovated as I chose and it was far from our friends.

The pool was a great attraction for cold and windy weather outside. Breafast was good with many alternatives for adults and kids.

The rooms are very basic . There was no wiper in the bathroom to wipe the water back to the shower. There is no fridge inside the room so we couldn't store anything.

My family loved the very comfortable and spacious suite located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Mitzpe Ramon, just a few meters from the rim of the crater. The furnishings were a bit outdated, but everything in the room worked well and housekeeping kept the place tidy daily. The inviting (but slightly small) pool was just a few steps away and offered refreshment after our morning hikes. The staff were exceptionally polite and efficient, and the breakfast offerings were tasty and varied. I'd happily stay here again.

There were some electrical outages during our stay.

The hotel location is very convenient. Breakfast is nice. If you do not expect a luxury, but need a clean and quite place to stay while you explore the Ramon area, this is a nice and convenient choice.

The originally received Studio room was a bit disappointing, with a outworn carpet and insufficient light in the room. When we moved (thanks to Ahmet!) to a Mini-Studio, it was much better. The units have a micro-wave and a small fridge, but there are no dishes. Parking in the blue-white zone need to be paid, but this is not the hotel issue.

Clean. Perfect for what we needed. Breakfast, pool, location. But most important - clean. perfect for a family for a few days stay. good value for the money. breakfast was like at home. scrambled eggs, salad, bread, cornflakes, milk, oj, and coffee.

did not know we could have ordered dinners. they need to note that in information web page. other than that, nothing to not like.
