I stayed in beresheet in the room “Desert view romantic villa” with my boyfriend to celebrate my birthday. We absolutely loved our time there and it’s definitely in the top 5 of best birthdays. The room as well as the rest of the facilities were amazing; we had planned lots of things to do in the area but just didn’t want to leave the place 😂 Additionally, all the people that work there were very friendly and super accommodating. We wanted to specially thank Evgeny who helped us with some issues we had with Booking, Ron who was the best server at the meat restaurant and Fadi who ensure I had a birthday surprise waiting for me at the room when I had lost something (later found).

I’ll start by saying the hotel is absolutely fabulous. The design is stunning, the rooms are clean, and they clean your room twice a day. The room itself is fully equipped with everything you need – an espresso machine, a working station, champagne, and a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. It’s really perfect! They also offer a pillow menu to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible when it comes to your sleeping needs. Plus, there’s a golf cart service to take you from your room to anywhere around the hotel, which is a nice touch. The location is incredibly beautiful and peaceful – it’s everything! Surrounded by nature, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind, but just keep in mind, it’s also remote. As for food – our reservation only included breakfast, but you can add dinner upon arrival. It's not cheap, but the food is good and definitely worth it. It's also important to plan ahead with meals, as there aren’t many dining options outside the hotel. The hotel is located in the middle of the desert, not near a main city, so you won't find a lot of restaurants nearby. Now, the team (receptionists, waitstaff, and all the other staff) could benefit from more professional training on customer service for a 5-star hotel experience. While they all have great intentions and are friendly, the service lacked the level of professionalism I would expect from a 5-star establishment. If I were at a 3- or 4-star hotel, I’d say the service was fine, but at this level, I expected a little more attention to detail.

The hotel fits well into the desert landscape and overlooks the great crater. There is an indoor pool and an outdoor pool overlooking the beautiful view. The service is overall good. The design of the room and the hotel in particular is really beautiful. The sunrise in the morning is spectacular. We quite enjoyed the rest and the view.

The food in the hotel restaurant is tasty but not at a uniform level. The first courses are varied and delicious. The main dishes are quite mediocre. The room we got was poorly maintained. Starting with the front door that is hard to close and open and a bathroom that the hot water stream goes up and down randomly. The mattress is good but not insulated. Every movement on the other side is well felt.

Spa facilities such as Hammam and Sauna are not inviting, tiny and obsolete. Hotel is trying to sell you extras even before your arrival, it starts with phone calls about Spa treatments, early check in where you already pay for the stay and even phone calls about wine tasting and everything they can sell you. feels like a cheap try... The door in our room did not lock and it took the hotel more then two days to fix it even tough we complained about it. Our room balcony/pool lights did not work at all during our entire stay.

Peaceful vibes, tons of space, integrated into astonishing nature. The staff provided outstanding service and accommodated all of our requests, including very specific ones from the littles in the family. The food was excellent as well and the facilities in front of the crate are breathtaking. Highly recommended if you are experiencing Israel and want to make the most out of your trip.

The kids club is cute but feels like missed potential to add more activities.

The rooms and the hotel in general are super clean. The rooms are in great condition. The food was chef restaurant level. The spa massage treatment is very very professional, a truly unique experience.

I was in a room with a private pool and crater view, it indeed was gorgeous, but for the price I was expecting a little bit more, maybe a bigger room, or a more luxurious design. The spa facilities don't match the hotel's level, it only includes a turkish bath and a small sauna room.

The staff was very nice, the food was excellent, the view and atmosphere were amazing, very clean and well maintained.

Had a slight problem with the shower hot water. It took about 7 minutes until the hot water arrived every morning and the bath electric heater was not fully functional. But after calling the lobby, the staff arrived very quickly and the hot water problem was solved by the next morning.

The hotel offers an amazing landscape view, wonderful facilities, and highly qualified staff. The room was tidy and cleaned twice daily, ensuring a comfortable stay. The food was diverse and made with high-quality ingredients, adding to an exceptional experience.

The only downside was the low availability for spa treatment appointments, making it difficult to book a session.

The location is spectacular and the hotel is beautiful -- an awesome mix of raw natural beauty and luxury. The rooms were large and comfortable and we had a nice balcony with a great view. Very good breakfast.

The service is sometimes not as polished as you would expect in a resort of this caliber.

What a beautiful place. It exceeded my expectations. Beautiful location and scenery. Guests are treated like royalty by the staff. The buildings are all spread out, so the feeling is that everyone has their own space, not all crammed up in one building. Amazing views - from any place inside or outside of the buildings. Breakfast is a WOW - the best in our lives (and we are very picky!). The pools are great and not overcrowded. At one point we had the indoor pool and a jacuzzi to ourselves. In the evening, there was live music and the fireplace inside the restaurant - we enjoyed it very much. Checkout is at 12 pm which is very generous!
