What truly stood out about our stay at this hotel was its incredible location. The panoramic views of the surrounding greenery and majestic mountains from our window were absolutely breathtaking

"No real dislikes to mention. My main suggestion would be to enhance the evening activities. It felt quite slow and silent; there wasn't much for guests to enjoy, and the existing performances were a bit slow-paced. If the hotel could introduce more engaging cultural performances – perhaps livelier Rajasthani folk music and dance, or even camel/elephant shows, and even offer camel riding within the premises – it would truly elevate the guest experience and make the hotel stand out, especially for guests who appreciate local culture. This would certainly add immense value!"

Beautiful property with spacious rooms and ideal location

House keeping wasn’t great. Had to inform couple of times for room cleaning. Also toiletries weren’t replaced unless asked for. Breakfast was a huge let down as it caters to veg crowd. Basics like cheese was missing and they ended up giving shredded cheese from egg counter. The only non veg you get are wired sausages and omelettes. This kind of property and zero options for non veg are a sad situation. Also buffet was totally veg and they offered one chicken curry alacarte . Also food is overpriced.

- the staff ameya and deepra at the reception were very cordial and helpful - the staff in the roots restaurant was good - the attendant in the pizzeria was good too - dinner and breakfast served was good and good taste

- porters didn't come on time to deliver the bags in the room and had to send a reminder - when it's a reservation for three people the water bottles, hand towels, coffee sachets , bathing towels should have been commensurate with the number of people staying - the acoustic music being played in the restaurant was a bit loud. - there was no safe guard at the pool. There should be dos and donts. - traditional welcome was missing on arrival. Tika and welcome drinks weren't offered. - udaipur to kumbhalgarh roads are very bad and nothing a property can do, but they can pressurise the local authorities to get good infrastructure. I didn't like the place as such but the property was good.

Welcome experience was nice and very pleasant. It was one of the 2 branded property in Kumbhalgarh and a new one.

Well, in photos it is looking real Grand property and the tariff usually is very high. But actually it is a medium size property - because of brand Radisson they charge high. And in reality even after being Radisson VIP member, benefits are not offered fully. So may be value for money and brand promise may be a question mark. But yes good view and luckily good weather for us on that day.. Roads are real struggle from Udaipur

New hotel overlooking Kumbhalgarh mountains, well equipped rooms, nice pool area, great massage, very good restaurant. Staff was very nice, personal treatment. Traditional Rajasthani music and dance in restaurant. Upgrade to premium room for 2nd night as we were not happy with first room.

Room categories not quite clear: - Superior room with balcony on 3rd floor looks on roof of building in front - Superior room on 4th floor was next to hotel aircon machine noise - Premium room on 5th floor was smaller than superior rooms Had the impression staff needs some more training (English language skills, proactivity) Temperature in restaurant was very cold

We arrived in Kumbalgarth not happy with our original choice of hotel so we booked out and fortunately found alternative the Raddison Blu ! We literally booked the hotel as we entered the road leading up to the hotel. We then minutes later like magic had the best ever welcome it was truly stunning .. drums playing, petals dropped from above , dot on our forehead , face cloth ,then a-wonderful fresh drink honestly we were treated like royalty !! The bedroom was beautifully equipped ( plus biscuits and delicious chocolates ) and the view from the balcony one of the best I’ve had anywhere in the world!!! The food, entertainment and service were all excellent.

Location was very good. With good views from the pool and rooms. Not too far from the fort and had decent amount of shops and restaurants near by. The resort is thoughtfully designed with a good balance between open, semi open and closed spaces, the rooms were spacious, overall the property has a good collection of traditional artefacts and one couldn’t complain of the cleanliness.

I like the aesthetics inside the property, minute details, the welcome the did upon arrival. Food was good, really liked there Rajasthani thali must try.

Staff needs to me trained more about the Kumbhalgarh local information like what is the time for the opening of fort light show timing and all. The information we got from the help desk did not reconciled with the actual timings.

Exceptional facilities and super tasty food. Buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent with many varieties. Lunch time had less occupancy so they offered a fixed ala carte menu with unlimited food. The pool is one of the best out there. Rooms are spacious and very clean with huge and clean bathroom. Overall an excellent stay with no complaints whatsoever.

The dinner I had last night was made to order and they were able to do it well. This morning's Breakfast was also sumptuous. The efficient front desk deserve much kudos. Also the staff at the kitchen and dining hall needs special mention.

There was a slight issue with my air-conditioner.
