The room was exactly as on the pictures, location was very convenient (5 minutes walking from the port, tavernas and supermarket, yet away from traffic and other noise), room was well kept and clean, it was quiet, the staff were very nice, parking available, pet friendly.

The owner should consider introducing a strict no smoking policy in the rooms. Despite the careful cleaning, the smell of cigarettes smoked by previous guests lingers in the room. It is not unbearable, and smokers will probably not even notice it, but for non-smokers it is a bit unpleasant.

The location is very quiet and green, the host was kind and caring and welcomed us upon our night-time arrival. The room was spacious and cooled down easily both from AC and the natural breeze. The kitchen has the basic equipment one needs for home brunch and cold drinks. All in all, a great way to start our Samothraki adventure!

The studio accommodation was in a quiet area at the rear of the town, so there was no disturbance. The owner and his wife were welcoming and helpful. They do not speak English so if, like me, you need to contact them about a delay, this could be a problem. Fortunately, Panagiotis understood my Greek! However, they will try to help you, anyway.

My only reservation is that there is not a wide choice of tavernas in Kamariotissa - it is a small and quiet harbour.

Excellent location, well signposted and easy to find. Very kind and responsive hosts. With all modern conveniences for a family holiday. Parking space in front of the hotel.

There are many pesky cats all over Samothrace :-)
