The hotel's location is at the heart of the city, and it is convenient to get around the metro of Lipa. The staff were helpful and provided our needs. Their restaurants and facilities are not massive but good enough to have a decent meal with friends and families. The only item I want to recommend to the hotel is to add fruits as part of the buffet breakfast menu. But overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for those travelling to Lipa and would prefer walking and exploring the main city.

I was able to spend my holiday at JET Hotel to take a break from work. Luckily, it wasn't hard to make a booking with them even though I booked a week before the check-in date. Planning to relax and unwind and thankfully I was able to do so. They have a working desk in rooms so I was able to work lightly, Smart TV helps when I watch movies or listen to songs while laying down comfortably in a good quality bed. The area is very convenient and parking is available (the best thing!) The food esp. the breakfast buffet is masarap and very filipino (I miss having breakfast so I ate a lot. lol.) Overall, I enjoyed my stay, planning to go back with friends/workmates soon.

they say breakfast is 6am but when we arrived at the restaurant, eggs are not ready , still some food are not available.

I suggest for more veggies and fruits.A lot of people now are concious of their health.That would be a plus factor if you add more.

The pool at the roof deck with the city view is a breather. The staff are really nice and accommodating. Their in-house restaurant, Hub & Spoke has really some good food offerings. That Goto-lomi is superb! The breakfast was really good. Not a lot of choices but food selection is delicious. Wifi is fast and available everywhere I go in the hotel. Most of all, very convenient location. There's 7 eleven downstairs!

I have been here several times and must say each time, I observed an improvement on their menu and quality of food - needless to say the same and even perhaps better quality, attentiveness of service. The room, as always has maintained its cleanliness and comfort. Check in and check our were quite a breeze. The staff were very polite and attended me with a great sense of respect. I am sure to be back here again at this Hotel.

JET Hotel is very easy to find travelling from Manila. The room is well equipped with all the things that you need. They also have an amazing team. Service was good from parking assistance (arrival), check-in, and the room. The front Desk was very patient in suggesting things to be done here in the City and in case we also need to visit nearby town areas.

The breakfast has improved since my previous stay. Staff is still awesome in terms of courteousness. The rate is just fine with what the services and facilities can offer. I will definitely return here in Jet Hotel.

The rooms are clean, staff are very courteous. Roofdeck is very nice, swimming pool is clean and well lighted.

Some linens, however, are old. Though clean, they are worn. Some shower implements are broken and needs replacement.
