It has the high standard expected from a Holiday Inn. Great location and exceptional restaurant.

When I checked in, I was surprised to find out I couldn't use my AARP card or add this stay to my Holiday Inn membership. I had booked with a third party, Hotel.com, that locked me out. And our friends booked through Holiday Inn and still couldn't add the breakfast when checking in. Minor incidences.

Location is great for getting to Canyon de Chelley. Nice outdoor pool (cold water!) VERY filling meals (and reasonably priced). Comfortable rooms.

Advise guests that water has got a lot of (dirt/rust/sediment) in it flowing in both sink and tub and not recommended for drinking. This should be made aware during check-in (when I asked they said that yes, that is normal and people should buy water). There should be a water dispenser in the lobby so guests can fill water bottles before going out. My rate included Breakfast. However we were informed (at the restaurant) that beverages were not included....simple coffee/tea should be part of a breakfast plan. Whilst we didn't need one, there are no elevators for guests who are staying on the second floor.

Check in was fast and easy, the clerk was very nice and friendly, beautiful location which felt tucked away from high traffic. I absolutely loved the complementary soaps and lotion which was of brand quality. Was quiet during the night. Room was very well cleaned and comfortable.

Parking.. it felt too compact and narrow for one trying to find a spot.

The hotel is just outside the entrance to Canyon de Chelly. It is clean and comfortable with decent WiFi and plenty of parking. There is a local restaurant in the lobby that has a limited menu but has Navajo food choices. The beds were comfortable, the location was quiet and the bathroom included nice Dove toiletries.

Clean comfortable beds and room. Staff were lovely, made us welcome and accommodating for our wedding anniversary which was really nice. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Loved my perfectly cooked poached eggs on toast. Enjoyed the heated pool and relaxation area after a long day hiking and exploring.

Would have liked more vegetarian options on the dinner menu. More variety and healthier options would be good

Very clean and comfortable.

No washcloths in the bathroom. Hairdryer didn't work. No breakfast included.

Food at the restaurant was great and generous portions. Nice furnishings, good size room, clean, balcony could open door for fresh air.

We used the pool in the morning to relax and groundsmen were using noisy machines to tend garden and were also re-painting the area.

Check in was quick and Mr. Yazzie who checked us I was very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean.

We did have to wait for a tour group to finish eating before we could go to the restaurant for dinner. The dinner was good. Loved the Mexican options.

Nice little oasis. Courtyard has nice landscaping with trees. Rooms very clean, restaurant on site..

The beds are too narrow. it would have been better to have queen sized beds. The gift shop that used to be on site has closed.

This was a very nice stay; I’ve paid much more for much less at other locations. Friendly service, clean and quiet room, the hot sit down breakfast was much better than a regular breakfast buffet. Chinle is a small town and this hotel is a nice comfy oasis I’m glad I chose it here over the Best Western (although we did eat a fun dinner at their Junction restaurant). Oh the gift shop here is cute too!

For such a small town I’d say this place well exceeded my expectations. Zero complaints!!
