The breakfast was a choice of 3 common breakfast selections at a local restaurant. That was a fine way to provide breakfast for the guests. The water in the hotel, supplied by the local water company, had a slight yellow color. Unfortunately, the hotel has no control over this. BUT, the hotel did overcome the issue by offering bottled water to the guests. The hotel is to be commended for resolving this issue whose cause was out of its control. The hotel staff was friendly and most accomodating. The desk clerk allowed us to stay a little longer past the usual check out time.

The aironditioner/heater in the room made a low rattling sound.

Room was clean and the breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and professional.

Shower head was only 50 % spraying water and the other 50% of the water went out the faucet into the tub drain. The toilet was so close to the wall, I had to remove the toilet paper roll to be able to use it. The bathroom was tiny, but I made it work.

Quiet, comfortable rooms. Comfortable bed. Quiet, efficient window unit for heat/ac. More modern and luxurious than I expected. Nice setting. Window looked out onto forest. Walking distance to visitor center, spectacular views at Mather Point, and start of Rim Trail. Surprisingly good food in dining hall, particularly collard greens and ratatouille. So nice to have full-service supermarket, called "general store", even though expensive, where we could get excellent sunscreen lotion, nutrition bars, local beer, etc. Efficient, friendly staff at front desk and dining hall. When our key card stopped working on second day, we called front desk. They said they would sent someone out with replacements in 3-5 minutes, and they did!

A bit pricey.

The location was very convenient. The room was quiet and comfortable. We only stayed one night but the restaurant on site was a pleasant surprise. 👌

My two adult children traveling with me were concerned about a few street dogs wandering the area. They are not dangerous animals, just they are worried about their wellbeing.

Breakfast was not included at this hotel. There was a restaurant on site. Older hotel but clean.

The pool could have been open. I understand that this has been an issue for some time. I was looking forward to a swim after my hike around the canyon, so was greatly disappointed that this wasn't available.

My room was clean and quiet, and there was plenty of space to move around. I liked the shower because there was no tub. The breakfast was provided at a nearby restaurant, and it was very good. The staff was very friendly.

When I came back to my room after breakfast, my key didn't work.

Chinle has very little itself and restaurants are limited and close early so If arriving late bring food. The hotel has a microwave in room. Breakfast was just cookies and coffee.

Located as you arrive in Chinle. There are lots of dining choices. The restaurant on site was great. We shared a double Navajo burger on fry bread. Room was spacious & comfortable.

It's Chinle, so don't expect big city luxury. But these folks do a good job.

They have a large parking area close to the rooms, and they offer some free snacks (pretzels, popcorn, cookies) along with good coffee. The Wi-Fi worked well.

There was a spider web on the ceiling in our bathroom — large and old. However, the areas I used were clean.
