We loved staying at Las Palmas! Everything does look like the photos, which is not always the case with hotels! We highly recommend booking one of the four casitas, if you can. Everything is very clean, new and smells very nice (room, towels, bed sheets). We loved the half outdoor bathroom of the casita. The breakfast was perfect. You get to choose from a variety of dishes and everything we tried was truly delicious! We also had lunch and dinner at the hotel a couple of times and enjoyed everything we ordered! We also had two massages during our stay and they were honestly the best massages that we‘ve ever had. Highly, highly recommend!!

The only thing that comes to mind is that we enjoyed the pool and the food/drinks at the hotel so much that we ended up spending way more time at the hotel than we anticipated. So we had less time to explore the island. We also didn‘t love the tri island tour we booked through the hotel, so we‘d recommend looking into different companies before booking. That wasn’t the hotels fault though, it just wasn’t our personal taste (lots of loud party music and many people on the same boat).

Luxurious boutique resort but with traditional island vibes. we loved it. loved the staff, especially Missy who was super helpful with recommendations and organising transport etc for us. We hired the resort's suzuki jeep for the day which I highly recommend doing if you're not keen on motorcycles. Do visit Taktak Falls, Alegria Beach, the rock pools, pacifico beach. we stayed in a Casita which was super comfy and clean. loved breakfast at the resort. even the latte was good which isnt always the case in hotels in the Philippines. Strong air-con also a plus. loved that there was a ceiling fan also as we prefer to use this during the night. pool is great also - loved the setting. highly recommend Las Palmas!

It’s just so beautiful, in every aspect! The location is perfect, the food in the restaurant is best in the town (we mean it!), you can arrange tours, scooters, massages, drivers, basically anything you’ll need and the staff is the best! Kimmy at the reception is the friendliest hotel staff I’ve met, in 3 days we felt like we know each other for years. One of the best part is the dogs in the hotel. If you’re a dog person, this is your heaven! We’re definitely coming back to Siargao and staying here again very soon. Thank you for everything!

We had and absolutely amazing time at Las Palmas, they excelled in every single category and brought us as close to paradise as we could get. Our room was jaw-dropping, it took us 2 days to wrap our heads around how beautiful, comfortable, calm and spacious the rooms were. I have only positive things to say about every single staff member we came into contact with. They are some of the most polite, patient and pro-active members of staff we have met and made the stay so effortless. We're thankful to the owner and all the staff for an excellent service overall and we hope to see them again very soon

We were absolutely charmed by the resort's design, particularly the guest rooms, bar area, and swimming pool. The intimate and cozy atmosphere of the resort made our stay exceptionally comfortable. The staff was outstanding, attending to our every need with remarkable care and efficiency. We highly recommend utilizing the hotel's laundry service; it is not only convenient, with pickup and delivery directly to your room, but also competitively priced compared to other services on the island. Our stay in the villa was a delightful experience, offering a perfect retreat for couples seeking a private and romantic getaway.

While we appreciated the unique design of the villa, with elements like the shower and bathroom being partially open to the outdoors, we encountered an issue with insects which made our stay less comfortable. My partner is particularly sensitive to them. To enhance the guest experience, we suggest installing protective netting to prevent insects and other airborne objects from entering the living spaces.

Everything! We felt safe and very well taken care of. All the staff, especially Kim (manager), provided excellent service. They are kind, very helpful and respectful, so professional and attentive. We loved their breakfast. The location is great Their service exceeded our expectations and we had a great time. We super loved our stay here. Thank you so much guys!

We highly recommend Las Palmas. The location is excellent, and the staff were both attentive and friendly. The facilities were well-maintained, and our villa was always spotless, with the gardens beautifully kept. We stayed in one of the villas, which was stunning. Breakfast was included, offering a variety of options that we really enjoyed.

The property only has 10 villas and it makes the place very quiet and peaceful. The pool also has a heating/ always has a good temperature which is good because you can swim any time and its always pleasant

The restaurant in the villa wasn't the best in the island. They serve very little seafood for the price

This place is excellent! Staff is lovely, friendly and so helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool is clean and beautiful. Food was delicious. We were super sad to leave!

My stay at Las Palmas was lovely and the property is stunning! The staff (Kim, Pamela and the waiting team) had a very strong attention to detail and made sure guests were welcomed. Rooms were beautifully styled and very comfy. I loved the pool and vibe of the place and was a great place to relax. Breakfast was also very good with lots of choice. The location of the hotel is very good with lots of cafes and dining options in walking distance and is away from the noise of the main General Luna area. Cloud 9 is 5 mins away by tuktuk or bike. One small thing to improve might be having thicker blinds or curtains in the room as it gets light very early at 5.30am and there was a top window that lets in all the light. The hotel does kindly provide eye masks, but it could do with some extra blackout so you're not disturbed so early.
