The lady att he desk was very friendly and helpful when it came to addressing the issue with our room and they didnt end up charging us since we left.

The booking site has not been updated and the room we wanted had a spa tub and the room that was booked for us was a king suite with an extra room no spa tub. They did away with those 2 years ago so what you book isn't what you get. Very disappointed when that was the whole reason we booked there to begin with. We were able to find another hotel down the road that offered the room we were interested in, so we cancelled our room.

Your staff was amazing, No freezer in the fridge, so asked if they would put my ice bags in their freezer. They did so happily. Checking in, Heather was very helpful. Marisol was at the desk when we checked out and she was very nice. I liked the well lit bathroom mirror, the fast internet service. In spite of the renovations, the lobby was clean as was the breakfast room.

We thought it was a little pricey for a La Quinta. But, being in a tourist attraction town, we are sure that is one of the reasons.

The room was clean and comfortable and it was a pleasant one night stay. Staff was able to put me in a higher floor room away from construction noise.

The property is undergoing renovations in the main lobby. The whole lobby was a construction zone with workers running saws etc.. even on a Saturday evening. would probably be an unsafe environment for children with all the machinery around. A lot of the amenities in the lobby, like gym etc were out of order due to construction.

The room was big and roomy

The Placement of outlets. Had to move things around to plug up coffee pot. No bedside lamps. There was two very large flat screens in the room. One at bed side and one at the couch side. And they are still under construction. Booking.com gave me a price of 128, i was charged 150. No happy about that.

The mattress was good and the shower very roomy. We had a suite and it was very roomy too.

Couldn't get the shower door to stay closed. I really didn't like that the staff flocked to the breakfast to eat. They seemed to stare at the patrons like they wanted us out of the way. They were feeding their children also .I'm not saying that they shouldn't eat that food, but I didn't feel very welcomed.

The breakfast was awesome. Plenty of choices of breakfast food. The location was great Easy to get to anywhere.

They messed up and gave us a double, instead of the deluxe king we had reserved. When we brought it to their attention, the lady who checked us in acted as if we were bothering her, she was clearly upset with us and told us there was nothing she could do. Even when we showed her our booking info. It clearly stated deluxe king. She was unwilling to work it out and make it right. 😟 Bad customer service!

Room was nice and had everything described in the booking.

In renovation which I missed possibly in booking so no pool and hallway smells a bit strong which was understandable. Beds are a bit hard. Just really bummed about the pool being temporarily unavailable.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They have been recently renovated and had nice laminate floors in the bedrooms.

The hotel is having renovations completed in the lobby and breakfast area so that area was very dusty and dirty. It will be nice when finished, though.

Comfortable place to stay. Seemed to be a safe area. Location was convenient to other things in town like food and gas. Room and bed were comfortable. This will be my stop on additional road trips from the Midwest to the West Coast.

Everthing is what I would expectin a motel at this price point. Front desk manager was very good and accomadated my need for a ADA room. Breakfast attendent was very frindly and the food was good.

Lots of homeless people around the building, trash in the street and driveway. I was concerned abouit the safety of my car in the hotel lot. Happly there was not a problem.
