Good location, quiet, clean, great outdoor swimming pool. Not far from the superb Boot Hill Museum. The lady from Mexico on the front desk when we arrived we particularly helpful and friendly.

Plastic cutlery, plastic plates, plastic cups at breakfast: all thrown away, no recycling. Would have stayed again next time if it hadn't been for so much plastic and waste. Prefer real plates and real knives and forks.

Huge room with kitchen. Loved having a freezer for our water bottles which we use in our cooler. Beds were comfortable. Towels were soft and clean. Couldn’t get the TV to come on. The actual owner, Brent Cunningham, came by and got it fixed. Just a loose plug. But what a great guy! You can tell he has real pride in his properties. Anytime we pass through Dodge City, this will be our stop for the night!

Wi-Fi was in and out. Had to reconnect over and over.

The young lady that works afternoon and evening was the best. GM is very invested in his business. Takes time to speak to everyone. Been a long time since I’ve seen that.

Overpriced! Price went up from the initial booking price. Young lady that works mornings was rather rude on day one.

The ratings were high for this hotel. It met or exceeded that rating. It's a very large room. Clean. Quiet. I'm not sure if I'll ever get back up this way but if I do I'll only stay here

Everything was great

As someone who travels very often from city to city, this was one of the nicest stays I have had at a hotel. Would recommend and stay again. Staff and management was incredible!

Large room. Nice kitchenette - although just used the fridge. Good location - easy navigation to key events and other parts of town.

No closet or even a clothes bar to hang dress shirts, etc. Did have a dresser - but, that doesn't help with clothes hangars.

The breakfast was great. Coffee fresh all day!

There were no utensils, cooking equipment in our kitchenette. May wanna disclaim that on room description. Had we known, wouldn't have rented that style room. Scheduled to check out at 11 but at 9:30a, housekeeping was opening our door after knocking to find us still in room otherwise, no complaints.

Breakfast was ok ,went down about 8 am and everything was OK but O J needs help . They ran out of biscuits.

The orange juice needs help with the breakfast. Location is on the north side of town . I thought it was downtown.

The room was really big and spacious. The kitchen had everything you could need.

I guess it’s just a bit old. But still works well!

The room was very large, clean, and the beds very comfortable.

Ceiling fan in the room was on a low setting and we are too short to reach the string to change so it was a little stuffy
