Please note rating was provided based upon budget-friendly hotel criteria, not a 5 star luxury hotel. Room was quiet and clean, bed comfortable, shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. PM check-in young lady was very friendly. Her hospitable disposition should be the gold standard for exceptional customer experience everywhere. Free breakfast included eggs and sausage and was good. If looking for a budget-friendly hotel option, would highly recommend, Would stay again.

Facilities/furniture/decorating dated.

Lexi at the front desk was amazing! I received a complimentary goodie bag! I was on the first floor with steps leading down, Lexi advised me still tough carrying my suitcase. The a/c is super loud. I had to physically move the microwave to plug it in. There is a railroad across from the hotel but I couldn’t hear it. The a/c is a window unit dual as heater. Bathroom lighting should be brighter.

Front desk clerk was wonderful. I came in late and got my room. It was the only room with an outdoor entrance and there was a trash can at the exit nearby. Someone had discarded a box of beer bottles but since it would not fit in the can, they left it beside the can on the ground. That was more or less in the way of entering the room I was given. I asked the clerk if there were a trashcan so I could take it out and she ran and got it quickly and apologized even though she would not have known it was there. Also, room was clean and no signs of bugs. Always a good thing.

Breakfast was fine, if laid out a bit strangely. Not sure if it were the layout or the people in there with me but there was no smooth flow. Also, several items for the breakfast such as bowls, were kept in a closed cupboard on the wall with no signs. It was difficult to find the things you needed.

The front desk staff was very attentive. I had hot coffee spill on my hand (totally my fault), and they were there to make sure I was ok. They made it a point to ask h I w i was doing whenever they saw me coming in and out of the hotel. They treated me well.

Having no elevator. Not easy to be hauling heavy luggage up and down stairs.

Dodge City is een small city for a one night visit. The hotel is perfect place to sleep. In comparison to other hotels during our stay was this price above average.

The swimming pool was a perfect cool down after a warm day. The surroundings could use some attention.

The staff where very friendly and helpful. the coffee was great . The shower and as awesome with plenty of hot water.

The breakfast items could have been better maybe offering fruit items and making your own fresh waffles and pancakes...the milk was rancid but was addressed immediately and would have liked to have had cranberry juice.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfortable. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, cabled television and even a safe. There is good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The wifi worked great. While the motel is located close to the road, the room was quiet.

There are 5 steps down to the first room level, 8 steps up to the second floor and 22 steps up to the third floor. I didn't see an elevator. There is a refundable $50 damage fee added to your room charge at check-in. It is refunded later if there is no damage after check-out.

Great location and lots of great choices for dining very close! Free breakfast is always a plus!

My arthritic knees would have loved an elevator but 5 stairs aren't that hard to do!

The hotel was located close to the attractions we were there to see. Our room was ready upon arrival, clean and quiet. The bed a little hard compared to my own but slept well. Very good breakfast compared to others. Eggs, bacon, French toast sticks, toast, bagels, cereal juice and coffee were among the things I saw. Thanks for a great stay!

Only thing I can think of is like all Super8's decor is a little outdated.

It was a nice room for the prjce better then most hotels that charge double the price

Ths bathtub had a tricky facet that we had to jimmy to get work but nothing really like horrible otber then that rhe bathroom was nice
