Close to the hotel are 2 karaoke places. The sound was every night so loud until after 1 am, that sleeping was impossible. After mentioning this to the hotel, they said they know of that problem but cannot influence it. We got another room on the other side of the hotel where it cannot be heard. Thanks to the hotel for that. If you stay in this hotel, ask for a room in the ranges 201-209, 301-309 or 401-409. On this side of the hotel you will not disturbed by the karaoke in the middle of the night.

We absolutely love our room; and the comfort room being accessible for someone in a wheelchair was, for me, the icing on the cake. Breakfast made up for my disappointment of the New Year's Eve dinner spread. The location is perfect! The band for welcoming the New Year was also engaging and truly entertaining. Customer service was great. ☺️

The pool was in a sorry state. I have a daughter about to turn two at the time and we were looking forward to spending time in the pool, which we did anyway. Also, the New Year's Eve dinner needs an upgrade. It was ok...just not what you would expect for the occasion. The same is true for the "fireworks".

overall this was a good hotel at a reasonable price and literally walking distance from the airport, although not realising that we took a taxi :) As always the Philippine staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. The rooms are large and as we were there to take part in the Ironman race it was helpful to have the extra space

there are some unusual and odd aspects to the room design which perhaps give it a quirky appeal. However I would suggest that with a few small tweaks the rooms could be much more suitable and ergonomic for the guests. Puerto Princesa is a working town and more of a transit location for travelers flying in to visit Palawan. However the day after the Ironman race we visited Nagtabon beach which was just 40 minutes drive from the hotel and it was gorgeous... old style simple straw hut restaurants on a pristine clear water beach which was kept immaculately clean. that afternoon at the beach was an unexpected highlight

I recently stayed at Canvas and was impressed by the convenience and comfort it offered. Located just minutes from the airport, it’s the perfect choice for a quick layover or an early morning flight. The shuttle service was prompt and efficient, making transportation stress-free. Props to our driver that day! The room was clean, modern, and quiet, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and attentive, accommodating my late check-in with ease. I appreciated the restaurant, which made grabbing a bite after a long flight easy. For an airport hotel, Canvas exceeded my expectations in terms of both service and amenities. I would definitely stay here again for its convenience and reliability.

The location is great right next to the airport and on the main road. The hotel is beautiful full of design and art. Rooms are great and spacious. You also get a free shuttle to the airport and back. Whilst it is very close by this is still appreciated in the heat! Staff were very nice.

We had breakfast included but as vegans the options were very limited - no alternative milks (soy/ oat etc), which was a shame. The pool area could be really nice but needs to be swept and cleaned more. Also the decking is very uneven and this could be dangerous for children or older people.

We had an amazing stay at Canvas Boutique Hotel! The room design is stunning, with a beautiful tropical vibe that immediately made us feel relaxed. The amenities were complete, and everything worked perfectly, from the hot shower to the TV and the cold air conditioning. We stayed here with my family during Christmas Eve, and it made our holiday truly special. The hotel provided a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that added to the festive spirit. I highly recommend Canvas Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Canvas Boutique Hotel offers a delightful stay with its artistic ambiance, excellent service, and convenient location that's just across the airport. I used the reservation mainly to ensure I get to my flight on time as I was flying from Puerto Princesa to Boracay. I was enchanted by the artistic decoration of the hotel and my room. Plus the restaurant at the hotel is a good place to unwind and catch a deliciously prepared meal (roasted chicken, san miguel light, blueberry cheesecake. The attendant was very courteous and hospitable.

The hotel is on the main Street situated close to the airport in PPS. It has an interesting architecture and swimming pool also. Rooms are spacious and super clean, bathroom as well. Warm water running at the shower and we eat breakfast and dinner there which were super tasty and delicious. Staff at the hotel was kind and polite as well. It offers us free transfer to the airport when we left, as soon as they saw us checking out and with luggage. They were kind and took us immediately to the Airport ( 2-3 minutes by car).

Spacious room, funky decor, lovely, helpful staff.

Looks a bit worse for wear; would benefit from some updating. The pool area was not very clean, tiles missing and lifting of decking. We had to change rooms as the sink wouldn’t drain properly, the hot water was lukewarm and the noisy generator was right outside the window (room 318).

Room and bathroom were great -- big sizes, everything works. The pool is simple, but very nice and with a pool bar! Breakfast was not very good... very little options, so we only took it once, and for the rest went somewhere else for breakfast (brunch). The staff are very, very nice though. Super friendly and helpful and accommodating.

The location, while still fairly close to the city, was still not the most ideal. Everything was a taxi/trike ride away -- which were not expensive (USD 2-4 for trike and USD 7 for taxi), but it made it inconvenience to go to restaurants or massage places.
