What made the stay amazing was the staff and the team . From the security and guys who greet you at the entrance, front of house, catering , breakfast staff , all were amazing . I was travelling solo, the staff in the lounge were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Priyanka was wonderful, she was so kind, welcoming and helpful. It was the staff and hospitality that made it such a pleasant stay. I had a massage in the spa, again, the professionalism and hospitality was really good .

My room was next to a family with a screaming child, the noise can be a little loud. You can hear the outside noise from the 17th floor, but I’d definitely stay here again if I returned to the area.

We had yet another exceptional stay at the Hyatt Ahmedabad! From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. Our club room was incredibly comfortable, offering a relaxing retreat after our days out. The food, as always, was outstanding—every meal was a delight, and TG’s dishes never fail to delight the taste buds! What truly sets this hotel apart is its impeccable service. The staff are incredibly courteous and efficient, going above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. We had the unfortunate experience of a missing suitcase, but the General Manager, along with the Operations Manager Shezad and his dedicated team, worked tirelessly to locate it and ensured it was delivered to us swiftly in Mumbai. Their commitment and effort were truly remarkable, and we can’t thank them enough! I must also mention Nishank from the front desk for the great service he provided. If you’re visiting Ahmedabad, I highly recommend staying at the Hyatt. Its prime location next to a mall, luxurious comfort, exceptional service, and fantastic food make it an unbeatable choice. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Location, Room

1. Service at breakfast. No salt shakers, had to ask, no serviettes, had to ask. Ideally the breakfast tables should be ready before opening. Staff was short and appeared confused during the busy times. The breakfast in its entirety was good. 3. The beautiful pots in which contained some of the breakfast food items were free standing. No where to place them so it became tricky to serve myself with a plate in one hand and a lid on the other. Unless there's a trick to it that I missed, there's got to be a place where the lid(s) can be placed. 2. Location of Smoking area. Since it is situated past the security, I had to be patted down time everytime I returned from smoking within the premises. Not a train smash but somewhat annoying.

I liked the breakfast spread and loved the Sous chef Irfan always being very attentive to our needs. All the staff frankly were amazing.

I asked for a larger room as mine was a standard twin which was small. Despite the hotel not being at capacity I was told to pay a premium to upgrade. Which makes sense but offering free upgrades goes a longway, especially when they are available.

I would especially like to mention the housekeeping team Christal & Bharat who took special care of me and my room and greeted me with wonderful decorations. My special thanks also go to Hitesh and his colleagues at the Front Office and the chef who fulfilled every culinary wish at breakfast. I look forward to my next visit to Hyatt Ahmedabad.

location was excellent, the staff were very friendly and warm. the food was great, chef Gurpreet prepared delicious food for us, Akash, Gaurav, Dini and chef Kranti were super at all times, Promod and his team are an excellent team. we were very happy with our stay. even the security guards at the gate and the entrance were very welcoming and always smiling. we are coming back in January and will surely stay here again. the front desk manager Saurav was amazing too, he made sure we were very comfortable, wish to thank everyone and hayat Ahmedabad for making our stay so beautiful. thank you.

Location next to the shopping mall. Staff at reception, restaurant where buffet breakfast and dinner is served, housekeeping and security staff very exceptional in their customer service and communication skills.

It’s strange that a hotel like Hyatt does not have Oat milk on their breakfast.. only soya and almond milk. World has changed.. they need to keep up with the times. The red chairs on the restaurant serving buffet dinner need upholstery change and foam change!

Hotel served very good breakfast and staff at breakfast area was attentive and pleasing. Polite and professional hotel staff. Perfect location of the hotel, right next to Ahmedabad One Mall. Room size was ok. We expected bigger bedroom considering we chose a King Suite. But it was nice with well furnished sitting area. Good view from 17th floor. Staff both in housekeeping and at the restaurants were warm and welcoming. Thank you to each one of them for making our stay comfortable. Mrs. Mage restaurant chef and staff were lovely. They accommodated our requests to make our meal experience wonderful.

No dislike. Just expected bigger bedroom in a King Suite. No bathtub in Suite... wish it was there. Restaurant Mrs. Mage was nice but would request hotel to add more variety of dishes in it. Menu was international but we felt it could be better with more items on the menu. International vegetarian cuisine is very vast and amazing so there is a lot of scope there. Room had WIFI issues. Hotel provided a WIFI dongle which served its purpose.

Super friendly staff, amazing location, decent options for food around the hotel. This hotel is right in the middle of a bustling mall and hence quite handy for shopping and food options. We stayed there for 5 nights on trip to India in May 2023.

Lack of Vegan options and staff's awareness on food that could easily be made vegan on their menu. Rooms are a slowly showing ageing as carpets have changed from the original color, plaster was crackling the room from places, and bed's head rest had water seeping from above room.
