the location
lack if signs… the lobby was in the 2nd floor and no signs indicating that . same thing with parking lot , this hotel shares the parking lot with the mall but again no signs or indication of such we left during the day to attend a wedding and when we came back parking lot was closed … we had to figure out how to get to then parking lot , somebody manually open the garage door to go in … awful

Construction was going on. Of course renovations have to happen but it caused a lot of noise at some points and was crowded from it.

Good location, parking area, restaurant options at the same plaza
The room smell like someone just finished smoking. The table below the tv was dirty, call help desk just to let them know. Paying one of the best hotels in the city. i will always expect for it to be perfect,

Fantastic location. Ample parking . Bed was as anticipated,= unmatched Hilton" quality for comfortable, restful 3 day stay. Spacious room. Excellent TV channel selections. Highly compliant ADA design of shower stall. Staff was attentive. Gen. Mgr ( Manuel Avila ) provided immediate and apologetic response to minor complaint regarding poor Pool-side Food/Drink service...

The staff was amazing and kind! Everyone in the reception was súper helpful, no complains at all! the king suite was great!
The cleaning on the rooms wasn’t good, the pool cas closed, but it is understandable due to healthy issues.

Front desk staff very friendly. I needed a taxi at 330am and they arranged it for me. Everything went smoothly.
