Extremely comfortable beds, quiet and spacious. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of everything you could want to see in Phetchaburi. There are many food and drink stalls 2 minutes walk away on the main road, as well as 7/11 and ATMs. The area feels very safe and friendly, and it is wonderfully quiet at night. The manager is caring and speaks good English. Overall it's great value for money.

It was very clean and the facilities were very functional.The stafs were also very friendly.The fridge & air conditioning were very quiet.The bedding is also very good, the mattress supply and pillow height are moderate and soft, and the quilt is also very soft.Made for a comfortable sleep.Free basic breakfast.We had great 4 nights here.The location is also great, with plenty of dining options nearby and a food park. As well as a nearby supermarket,Night market.

Nice large, modern room with comfortable bed, fridge and hot shower in quiet soi location. Small shopping mall nearby with good food and supermarket options. Convenient for local sights, bus and rail stations.

To describe the place offering breakfast maybe a bit of an overstatement. That is unless you are happy with 3-in-1 coffee sachets and slices of white bread with what appeared to be a jam type substance.

A big clean comfortable room with balcony overlooking a quiet lane. Restaurants, a 7/11 and a food market are nearby. A 10-mins walk to Phra Nakon Khiri. Friendly staff. Toast & jam and instant coffee are available in the morning. A short walk to the Bus Terminal for Bangkok and to the Motorcycle Taxi station for Tham Khao Luang Cave.

Hello. First, we were greeted by a hotel employee. Showed me where to park. He led me into the room. The room was clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works, the shower has hot water, soap and shampoo. In the morning there was a light breakfast without payment, toast with jam and tea. Near parks, attractions and just the streets of the old city. I recommend.

1st night there was no water for shower. 2nd time we stayed the water was hot and with good pressure. The first night I stayed I left my travel adapter/ charger. When I returned three nights later they managed to find it for me despite the language barrier.

Great value. Room was extremely clean and had a fridge (most welcome). Coffee and toast appreciated in the morning. Clothe washing facilities on site came in very handy.

Giant room with good air con and bathroom. Brand new coin op laundry at the end of the road. It is also easily walkable to a good food court and 711 (and KFC!).

The fact they didn't speak English. The bed was not comfortable and the blanket was too hot for this weather even with the AC
