We stayed for one night while passing through during our trip and were pleasantly surprised. Great value for the price. The separate annex was very comfortable , perfect for two adults and two kids. The facilities were excellent, and parking was easy. We especially enjoyed dinner at the on-site restaurant, where we could order food paired with wine. The EV charging station was also very convenient. Highly recommended!

We stayed on a Friday night, and unfortunately there was a party going on at the neighboring restaurant that lasted late into the night. The noise and the smell of barbecue didn’t really match the relaxing winery atmosphere we were expecting.

This is a very good maintained villa which comes with a restaurant operating on weekend, the food served in the restaurant is very good. The view of this villa is good, you can watch sunset if the weather is permitting. There is an infinite pool in this B&B, it's a pity that we don't have chance to enjoy it as the weather in the morning is a bit cold. There is lift installed in this villa, therefore there is no need to climb step when you handle your luggage.

Unfortunately, there is dove or some kind just outside out window at the roof eave, they frequently generate noise which made us feel a big annoying.

I booked this the day before we stayed there, since the property we had booked told us they were having a private pool party with music until midnight. He let us cancel no charge. Cincinnato far exceeded our expectations, it is in a lovely quiet location on the edge of Cori. The infinity pool was magic, the white wine was superb and very reasonably priced. The grounds were extensive. The restaurant was closed in the evening we were there but they booked us a table at the De Novo e d'Antico restaurant nearby which was excellent. Breakfast was one of the best spreads that we have encountered anywhere in Italy. Parking was extensive and safe with an iron gate which is closed at night. If this is how it will be in future then I will always leave my bookings to the last minute!!!

Nothing it was all good

Beautiful place, nice views of Cori village, free parking and a beautiful clean property. We played cards in the wine tasting area and tasted wines which were an amazing price. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. We stayed over for one night. The rooms are simple and clean but the real power is the restaurant, food and wines.

We booked this place with our 2 small dogs but on arrival were told we could not enter with the dogs even though booking specifically stated that animals are accepted and we even noted it in the comments. In the end it was fine once we showed them the booking page but for a moment it was uncomfortable.

Hotel room is a part of a really nice winery, very well done and modern. You are also at the bottom of a lovely town called Cori. breakfast was nice and served in a nice room. The pool must be really nice in the summer. And we would have love to try the restaurant but it was closed.

The room is a bit older compare to the rest of the facility. Internet was very weak.

The location in the countryside is very peaceful, and the building and facilities are clean and comfortable.

It is implied on the Booking.com site that the restaurant on site is available. However, on arrival I was informed that it was not open during the mid-week days for which I had booked the accommodation, and meant that I could not taste the cantina's wines with appropriate food courses. This was a disappointment, and I feel the Booking.com site should be amended to include the restricted opening times of the restaurant.

This is a lovely wine resort. The service was outstanding and the room was beautiful. Dinner at the restaurant was outstanding; both the food and the wine were wonderful. The price was very reasonable for the high quality of the resort and food. This was a really great stay.

the settings and the view, swimming pool was very nice, the grounds were very nice. Comfortable clean room and a very good breakfast. Free parking and a short drive to Roma Fumicino.

For the balance price quality this resort is a winner

The location absolutely beautiful. Dinner was amazing and the the wine superb. We ended up buying some wine to bring back home. Just wish we could have stayed longer, will definitely be back and then be able to have a proper wine tasting. The pool was stunning and the view from it amazing.

the location is perfect for a Rome getaway. beautiful scenery and a very natural/modern aesthetic. the vineyard and wine tasting were also splendid.

the noise from other rooms was easy to hear. the restaurant hours were also unfortunate since we visited during the week.
