It was a positive experience. The zone where the Aparthotel is located is calm and silent. Well connected by buses. Moreover there is a supermarket very close where u can buy what you need for your staying. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty, with possibilities to choose between a salty or a sweet breakfast. The receptionist was very kind, welcoming and was also speaking a perfect Italian language. I will definitely recommend.

Small hotel situated in a nice quiet part of Warsaw, parking nearby was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfasts over the weekend were pre-packed and left outside your door, compared to the cooked breakfast in the restaurant during the week. They both cost the same, but the weekend breakfast felt very poor value for money.

I really liked the rooms. They looked great, were clean, had decent wifi connection, everything one needs to be comfortable. Although, I wish I had gotten to try their breakfast.

I thought the wifi connection in my room was a tad weak. Additionally, it was not clear to me what I had to do when I left the room so I kind of just left and hoped that that was what I had to do.

The apartment and lounge are decorated in the same style. It is a bit shabby, but still comfortable. The building is near the metro station, and is not so far from the Warsaw belt road. The great location if you want to drive to Warsaw but later is going to use public transportation. Nice breakfast.

General weakness of any B&B: walls doesn't protect you against yelling of the frolicking bunnies from the next room.

The location is perfect, if you want to be outside the town and take a morning run.

Hotel offers self-chech-in but we didn't receive the message with the code for the room. Finally, we found a person who contacted the owner and let us into the room.

The rooms were spaciuos and comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Very pleasant and helpfull owners. Free parking in the street. Easy to get to the city center with public transport. Quiet neighborhood

As it is a small b&b the choise for the breakfast is limited. At the time of our stay we were offered srambled eggs. It would be good to have an alternative for those who dont like them, at least cereal or a sousage.

Super friendly owners. Breakfast is served to table, pretty basic but good, scramble eggs was made to perfection! Overall clean. Good and quiet area. Carrefour shop nearby, also some restaurants.

Note; rooms with AC can't be booked, from what I understood, has to be requested. This was no problem upon arrival though, the owners fixed it which was super!

We loved the place! Did not expect much : we just booked when driving by during the night, but everything was very nice and we had wonderful time, slept well and had very athmosfaric morning and breakfast. Area a round is not that fancy but silent and calm anyway and relatively easy acces from highway.

Only place to eat at night at the area was this small Kebab kiosk where they did not speak english

I liked all things in wawabed. Confortable room, nice breakfast and nice people. I hope to return again for some family time. Love the pancakes for breakfast. See you soon my friends!

The location is very peaceful and quiet, close to public transportation. The staff were very friendly and polite. The single room was more was very sufficiently equipped, I’d love to stay again!

The bed was creaking quite a bit.
