The breakfast was okay, nothing special.

I had trouble using the internet, I could not get a connection. I stopped at the front desk and asked about it but did not get a solution. I kept getting a message that there was not an internet connection. I finally saw, the morning I checked out, that there was a password written on the small envelope that contained my room card. At check out, the lady knew about the password. It would have been nice if the other desk clerk had known about the password and told me to look at the room card envelope for the password.

It was conveniently located and staff was very willing to help with any questions and concerns. The room has a walk-in shower, which is great.

The door latch on room 306 needs to be re-installed. One has to lift the handle instead of press it to open the door. The hotel is located alongside I-44 where there is an incline in the road so the trucks can at times be a bit noisy, audible in the room.

The hall carpet and especially the elevator carpet smelled like dog. I don't know why hotels allow dogs, or, why if they have dogs there aren't just 4 rooms at the end of the hall dedicated to dogs, and guests need to just use the side door. A hotel smelling like a dog is not good. I've had dogs all my life and love dogs, but I don't want the nastiness of unknown dogs in the space of the elevator nor the room I'm staying in.

The staff was very helpful and so sweet and they’d just made you feel liked your at home away from home but very clean and the location was great and very relaxing to get away from home and meet new people that I made friends with!!!

The staff is amazing . Very friendly people. Staff was very helpful. I left my purse behind and they went above and beyond to help me get it back . Communication was excellent. Will definitely stay there again if in the area .

Nice room and shower, bed was super comfortable and breakfast was great. The only thing I did not like was the bathroom room sink drain was clogged and drained super slow and was a little gross, but I could live with that for one night .

Very friendly staff that did all they could to help me. Tyren (the girl who checked us in) was a real sweetheart. Laughed easy and made me and my wife very comfortable. (I also guessed at the spelling of her name).

The entrance was welcoming. The staff came immediately when we rang the bell. It took some time for her to complete the registration and I am not sure why. Could have been the computer. The room was pleasant. The bed had indentions and needed to be rotated or replaced. Everything was very quiet. We never heard neighbors or people above. The AC was quiet and worked quickly since it was off completely when we arrived. Large main issue, other than the bed, was breakfast. We arrived an hour before breakfast was to end. The breakfast room lacked supplies such as butter, honey, jelly and bread. No one was visible the entire time to tell or wipe down tables or counters. Biscuits were hard, dry and cold. We used the microwave to soften them. The gravy had the consistency of water and had large flour? lumps. The “heated” two sides of a warmer had cold scrambled eggs that were pieces to need a spoon to eat. La Quinta normally has sausage or something else. The warmer itself may not have worked. it was plugged in and turned on high but was not warm to touch. Finally chose a good muffin and Activia yogurt. Many people looked and left.

Perfect location from my son school.

I called the front desk the day of check out to ask for a late check out, the lady at the front had an attitude with me and told me they were busy, she hung up on me twice. Then when I was checking out she still had an attitude in person and wanted to argue with me, when I was simply telling her about her customer service and how she hung up on me twice. I asked to speak to a manager, and she said I am the manager! There’s no way she was the manager! I’m from California, and we stay at this hotel every time we come to Guthrie Oklahoma, it’s in a great location from my son’s school.My stay was nice until I had to deal with rudeness from the young lady in the front desk named Mercedes!!!

Overall I was very pleased with my stay

The time for breakfast could be at least 30 minutes earlier on the weekend days. The eggs and sausage links were cold and I was the first one to enter to get breakfast. The indoor pool was great however the pool water was very cold which made using the pool very uncomfortable.
