I had a very good experience during my stay at the Best Western PLUS Memorial Inn in Oklahoma City. The staff were courteous, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. It met my expectations and provided a pleasant, hassle-free visit. I’d definitely consider staying again.

While my stay was pleasant, there’s always room for improvement. The breakfast options could be expanded to include more fresh and hot items, and the Wi-Fi speed was a bit inconsistent at times. A few small upgrades to the room amenities, like more accessible charging ports or better lighting, would elevate the experience even further.

The location was easy to find and access was easy. The location was close to shopping, dining, and the interstate access points. It is far enough out of the way to be reasonable and close enough to north OKC for travel.

The evening counter staff did not want to be bothered when I asked for a lower floor room as requested when reserving, and it took several calls to get an answer at the desk because he was too busy talking to friends in the lobby. The TV channels were horrible for local access and general channels. The toilet paper was thin enough to see through, the bathroom was not nice, the bed was not comfortable, the pillows were terrible (we went to Sam's Club and bought new ones), and the heated pool was not inviting. It was only a single night stay and was not as nice as we had hoped. We were looking forward to a swim in a heated pool.

My family and I have absolutely enjoyed the property and will come back as our for now ever place to stay when we come to Oklahoma City. Very comfortable, clean and hospitable. The hostess went out of her way to make us comfortable and happy during our stay with no issues. We stayed here during our adoption celebration and actually ended up staying an extra night because it was so comfortable and welcoming. Nice breakfast as well!

Sonia, the front desk clerk, was very friendly, welcoming, and professional at check-in. The facilities were very clean, the room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of accessible parking and the are seemed to be safe. Breakfast selection was decent. I did not use the swimming pool, but it and the area looked very clean.

The couple at check out wasn’t as friendly. They were not rude or unfriendly… just didn’t seem to care if quests were there. Breakfast selection was decent; however, is advertised to be served 6:00-9:00 am and was pretty much fine when I was there at 7:30. There was a female worker sitting in the dining area, but she made no attempt to check or refill the missing offerings. I am pretty sure the two couples that came in after me had to ask that tings be refilled.

It was a very pleasant experience from the check-in to check out. The clerk was courteous and very efficient. Room was clean, very comfortable, and spacious. And the morning clerk was courteous even though he was busy preparing for breakfast. Unfortunately we had an early engagement before 6 am

Very good location - easy access to freeway and surrounding area. My room was very clean and comfortable. The person at check in was very friendly and nice. Didn't see anyone when I left. My only complaint, the eggs were terrible in the breakfast. Otherwise, good breakfast too. I will stay here again when I'm in OKC.

I asked to have my room deep cleaned on day 6 and it wasn't. I think it was a language barrier but everyone was nice. I stayed for 7 days. Behind the tv entertainment center was super dirty and dusty. The drawer handle came off.

Nice big, comfortable and clean. Great walk-in shower. Loved the size of the room! The front desk mgr (Steve) was friendly and helpful.

At 6:20 am there was almost no food for breakfast. 5 of the 6 tables were occupied by construction workers (who were not hotel guests, but were doing an upgrade in the hotel much later in the morning), just sitting there on their phones. They obviously devoured all the food. Guests were carrying what little was available back to their rooms. The coffee pots next to the business center were empty. The morning front desk mgr seemed oblivious or uncaring, while focused on his cellphone. A guest pointed out the empty coffee pots, and empty hot food bins, but he shrugged it off. This was my only disappointment with the property

Just one night on the way to destination. It was good. Check-in was easy/fine. Slept too late to try breakfast. Bed was comfy. The [mirror] lighting in the bathroom was great.

The elevator was very small and took forever. No ice on upper floor.

Pretty clean, nice breakfast that included a couple of hot foods such as sausage, eggs, waffles, bacon etc. All the staff was friendly as well!

Sort of outdated, older lamps/carpets, nowhere to really plug in electronics. Also the room was slightly musty.
