Breakfast was great, fully stocked and all fresh. Staff was friendly, pool was great for children especially. Room was clean and spacious, bathrooms very clean. Location was nearby many places we planned to visit and has many good food options nearby.

Only complaint is housekeeping never came. My daughter had an accident in bed and we stripped the bed and changed the sheets ourselves after telling the front desk because housekeeping had already left for the day. Not a huge issue and wouldn't keep me from staying again or recommending to others but was just a small hiccup.

We were unable to have breakfast due to home damaged, we will try breakfast when we have time.

Everything was to our satisfaction, friendly staff, very clean and quiet. We will always try and stay at a Hampton. We could not find anything that we didn't like.

Nice Hot breakfast, large dining space. RTC coffee in the lobby. Bed was firm but comfy Exceptional staff, Large TV in room Room was quiet. Multiple very close by restaurants

Pillows were flat and uncomfortable Wish bottle water had been available, even for purchase. Heavy comforters were too hot even with the room temp set at 68.

The breakfast was very good, and the coffee was especially good! I loved that they use paper plates that are "recyclable and sustainable."

Our room had a couple of problems which we reported, and they were fixed immediately! The customer service is excellent. The staff were all pleasant and trying to give guests a positive experience.

Clean, friendly staff, good coffee, and food choices for breakfast. I was visiting a friend at Mercy so it was very close and lots of good restaurants nearby. Also, their on-site store was a nice perk.

Overall, I was very pleased and would stay again.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was amazing, with lots to choose from. The price and location were perfect.

The mattress in our room was extremely hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were flat.

ALL the staff were excellent. They were friendly in their interactions and always greeted me with a smile. They seem to genuinely enjoy working here which makes my stay enjoyable.

It’s close to family. We have stayed here before. It’s clean and the people working there have always been nice and able to help with anything we needed.
