The staff was awesome! They were very helpful. Check in was easy and quick. The property is very clean, modern, and in a great location. This location was perfect for the heart hospital. Right across the highway, behind Panera bread. We left early so we were not able to try the breakfast but it smelled delicious as we passed by.

The location is very convenient on the turnpike (Memorial Road), with easy assess to many restaurants and shopping.

I would recommend staying on the north side of the building to avoid constant traffic noise from the turnpike.

King room was good-sized. The layout for room was very functional. Large shower with plenty of hot water. Check-in was a breeze. The person at the front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was hot with plenty of options

Only one ice maker for all floors. Fridge had an ice maker but wasn't turned on, so there was no ice. Ice maker was back in an out of the way location.

The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The bed was comfortable, however the sofa was not. The bathroom with the walk-in shower was great. Loved the coffee in the mornings, but the breakfast was limited.

Breakfast was good. Furnishings were good. Sofa with leg extension was very comfortable. Kitchen facilities were excellent and clean.

Would like an air conditioning vent in bathroom. Would like a towel rack closer to the shower. Did not like to have the bathroom fan running every time the light was turned on, noise annoying.

absolutely beautiful building lobby and suites, it’s new and quality construction with very tasteful decor. Staff was helpful and parking well lit, home away from home for hospital patients families, we appreciate it so much and look forward to coming again just as tourists

The 1 room suite had a huge livingroom, liked the roominess, good breakfast, comfortable bed, very clean, friendly staff! Really liked the staff! Liked that it had an ice maker!

I would have liked a large shower instead of a bathtub. The bedroom was a little small.

The cleanliness of the Hotel and room was satisfying. I like the modern style decor of the Hotel. The breakfast is awesome and satisfying.
