The room had a functional kitchenette which was very useful for preparing short meals. The patio door leading out to the large balcony was nice for letting in the air. The room had two bathrooms which served us well and a large TV with a variety of English/French channels. The outside pool was quite large and great for cooling off and the hot tub was a bonus. There was plenty of place to park and the staff at the counter were friendly and helpful. The French doors leading into the bedroom were nice and a closet on each side of the bed was very useful.

The screen door stuck and you had to squeeze to get in and out. The seal on the bottom of the fridge door hung loose and the knob on one of the bathrooms wiggled around so that it wouldn't lock/unlock properly. A toaster would have been useful and it would be nice for the hotel to have a restaurant and offer a continental breakfast.

layout of the room is excellent. We are a family of 5. The 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and murphy bed are very practical. We also love the fireplace and the functinal kitchen. The indoor and outdoor swimming pool, the pool table and sitting area in the lobby and the shuttle service are all excellent. Staff are friendly and relaxed.

main bedroom's curtain could be more blockout style; sofa bed is very uncomfortable; missing a few things in the bedroom initially (but easily accessible from the frontdesk); if oil, salt and pepper are available in the kitchen, it would be awesome.

Check is was smooth and fast. We arrived 30 minutes ahead of check in time and they were able to accommodate us. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. We stayed in the three bedroom suite and it was very spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need to cook a full meal. The bedrooms were well layed-out and comfortable and there was even a beautiful deck. The room itself was near the road, but we did not hear any road noise during our stay. It was very peaceful and comfortable.

As other reviewers have mentioned the carpets needed a good steam clean, and there were some areas where there were splashes of coffee on the wall that had not been wiped up. There was also a curious lack of electrical outlets in the bedrooms. If you have a CPAP machine you may need to bring an extension cord as there are no free outlets near the bed. But these are minor complaints. Overall the hotel was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and it was great value for money. We will stay here again.

The staff were super and friendly. They pointed us to good places to eat, to banks, and explained all the amenities and services on arrival. We checked in late without issue and checked out a tad late also without issue. For a 1 bedroom suite during high season (winter skiing) the value for money was exceptional. Other options in the area were ridiculously over-priced. There is a murphy bed in the suite as well as a sofa bed so theoretically it could sleep 6. For the 3 of us it was great. There is a pool which we didn't try, a billiard table and foosball. The suite is also equipped with a small fridge, stove top, coffee machine, etc. So you could cook if you were so inclined. It was -25 Celsius when we went so the gas fireplace was welcome, but even more so the heated flooring in the main bath. That was such a great touch! Also if you don't feel like carting skis or dealing with traffic and parking, you can rent all your ski equipment on site at Chateau Beauvallon and use the free shuttle to the mountain.

As mentioned it was -25 when we stayed there. The heat source is in the living area of the suite and there is no heat source in the bedroom. With the door closed, it got pretty cold in the bedroom. Opening the door helps but then lets living area noise into the bedroom. It might be easy to retrofit the bedrooms with a flat electric fireplace. This is nit-picking however and we would gladly stay again.

As a family, we had a great stay and at Château Beauvallon. The place is clean, room is spacious, the kitchenette has all necessary stuff, 2 bathrooms in the room, there is a nice pool and hot tub, the staff were all friendly. Additionally, the overall ambitious is very good. I would like to send a special thanks to the shuttle drivers, there were always available to pick us.

There is no breakfast option, but that was not an issue since there was a plenty of places in the area, and a fridge to keep our own food.

I like the interiors of the suite- older wooden further, decent quality, and gives the suite a classical look, which is a style I quite prefer. The size of the suite is also good for a family- we did not feel constrained for space at all. Kitchen worked well and making our own breakfast proved quite easy.

I would not say this is what I did not like in particular but I can see how it may be a factor I would reconsider if I came back to this area- the location is on the more isolated end so driving on non-highway size of lanes was needed. However, the hotel does provide a shuttle, though I did not use it. If one prefers quite neighbourhood, this will not be an issue at all.

Shuttle to the slots was the best thing!! We absolutely loved it. Suites are Very comfortable. Clean . Spacious. Cozy. Nice fireplace. Second bathroom is a big plus. Kitchen is fully stocked. Nice are with fireplace downstairs

Front desk staff. We spoke English and it was hard to communicate sometimes. I asked if I could be close to another family that we travelled with and felt that they did not even try to put us close …. Also , there was no info about where to put garbage or if the house keeping was coming to change towels.

We were honestly surprised by how perfect our stay at Chateau Beauvallon turned out to be. Everything about this place was amazing, and it exceeded all our expectations. The family suites were incredibly well-appointed, providing everything we needed and more. The cleanliness and tidiness of the rooms really stood out. The barbecue option was a convenient and enjoyable feature for us. Since it was our first time in Mont-Tremblant, we weren’t sure if there were restaurants that suited our tastes, so we brought our own food and had some lovely meals right at the hotel. A big plus for the shuttle service to the mountain! It made our experience even more enjoyable since we didn’t have to worry about driving or finding parking spots. Lastly, the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. Special thanks to them for making our stay so memorable. due to the cold weather during our stay, the outdoor pool wasn’t hot enough for my liking. I was also looking forward to enjoying the hot tub, but unfortunately, it was closed due to technical problems.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, convenient shuttle to Tremblant and great outdoor hot tub. Loved sitting by the gas fireplace.

There apparently no outlets in the bedroom. We only discovered on the morning we checked out that there is an extension cord in the side closet next to the bed on the bottom shelf hidden by a extra blanket. Wish we knew when we checked in or a small sign indicating the cord. We went to a grocery store to buy one to charge our laptops when in bed and plug in a portable humidifier.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette had basic kitchenware to cook our meals. There were also small packets of salt, sugar and ground coffee. The bar has drinks and some snacks like pizza, nachos and pretzels. Our kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. Overall, I think this hotel is a great option for families to relax while enjoying the activities at the resort. It's about 8 minutes drive to get to the resort. They offer shuttle service too.

The indoor pool wasn't open. Some of the glasses on the back of the cupboard weren't clean. We barely had the phone internet connection inside the room and the wifi at the hotel didn't work very well either.
