The rooms were beautifully maintained—spacious, clean, and equipped with all essential amenities. Service was outstanding, with special appreciation for Pawan Yadav, Chef Hitesh in the restaurant, and Karan from housekeeping, who carried out their responsibilities with genuine care and humility. The female staff members were also courteous and professional, interacting with guests in a warm and polite manner.

For tasks like dressing up or applying makeup, it would be helpful to have a designated area with brighter lighting than the rest of the room. The current lighting made it a bit challenging, though I managed. Still, I wanted to share this as part of my feedback.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time for just one night, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Upon check-in, I requested a non-smoking room, and to my pleasant surprise, the front desk receptionist, Deepak, offered me a complimentary upgrade to a suite room. The suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — a perfect way to unwind after a long day of travel. Deepak’s courteous and professional service really stood out and made the stay memorable. I truly appreciated the warm welcome and thoughtful upgrade. Would definitely consider staying here again and highly recommend it to others.

I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Hotel Lucknow. The room was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. The breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety of delicious options to choose from each morning. The hotel offers excellent value for money with top-notch service and facilities. Hyatt Regency Lucknow - The Perfect Blend of Luxury & Comfort ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been staying at the Hyatt Regency Lucknow for the past four years, and it continues to exceed expectations. Most recently, I stayed in one of their suites, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered incredible views of the city. The suite was exceptionally comfortable with modern amenities, a luxurious bathroom, and thoughtful touches that made the stay truly relaxing. The Club Lounge access was a highlight—it’s perfect for unwinding with complimentary drinks and snacks throughout the day, offering a quiet space to work or simply relax. The staff in the lounge are always attentive, ensuring a seamless experience. The dining here is exceptional. From the extensive buffet at Rocca to the authentic Awadhi delicacies at Lukjin, every meal was a treat. The hotel’s location in Gomti Nagar is ideal, with easy access to key attractions and the airport. Whether it’s the warm hospitality, luxurious amenities, or consistently excellent service, the Hyatt Regency remains my go-to hotel in Lucknow. Can’t wait to return!

We've stayed at this property earlier as well. So, I was well acquainted and had certain expectations... And I wasn't let down to be honest. It was my wife's birthday and upon telling this to the concierge, a cake was sent to our room and it was all very customised which we both loved. It was a very comfortable stay. Clean linens, clean washrooms and well-maintained room. Shout-out to the housekeeping staff at the property! Valet service is fast as well. Allover it was a great stay.

A couple of things I wish they would work on... There were mosquitoes at the property and some in the room as well and this has been a prevalent issue too. They should definitely work on that. Also, the food menu for the in-room dining should be easily available and one shouldn't be required to go through a long call or browse through the menu on the internet before ordering... A simple folder on the table like it used to be should suffice.

Hotel is located in the posh Indira Nagar. A new commercial distict with good restaurants is walking distance away. Rooms are spacious with all amenities. The 24 hour health club is another plus. Food is good though a bit overpriced considering the alternatives closeby.

The hotel definitely needs one more lift. With no staircase to connect one floor to the other, guests have no option but to use lifts. With just two lifts the waiting time is way too long and as a result the lifts are crowded.

breakfast was good and tasty. Hotel staff was helpful always from front office, restaurant and inhouse staff. They were helping in taking printouts etc. restaurant staff was very good and helpful and never forget their treat at the last moment.

The cleanliness and comfort offered by Hyatt was excellent. The rooms are well kept and clean and our housekeeping staff Ravi ensured our room was done up and well stocked daily. The front desk was extremely helpful and made check in process easy. Special mention to Kamil for helping us and giving us a higher floor room as well. The views were very nice from the room. Location wise it is situated in a nice part of town and not too far away from local tourist attractions and eateries and shopping. This made it very convenient for us. And their checkout policy still stays the same! - check-in 12pm Check-out 2pm unlike many other hotels that have made the gap much more!

The breakfast was excellent and the service was very good and prompt. The staff was very aware of how to handle customer requests with a smile.

The property needs upgrades in terms of the carpets, upholstery and furniture. The corridors have a dusty/rusty smell and hence needs replacement. I was surprised to see an ashtray and match box in the room whereas I had not requested for a smoking room. The storage space is limited for large suitcases and the toilet design was not very convenient.
