Loved everything but the staff in particular. The location is great, peaceful and far away from any noise

As nice and police as the staff is they can improve on communication. For example the place is in a semi rural area and they had a minor water issue which was fixed in less than 20 minutes however an early warning would have been nice

1st time we visited was very good, we had our own unit however 2nd time it was a shared unit ( 3 rooms) this was not so grate. No fridge in room only one shared fridge in the hall way. 1st time food was exceptional 2nd time they didnt have much and we had to settle for what there was.

The accommodation and small restaurant. The girls in the restaurant went out of their way to cater for gluten free/coeliac requirements. You fellow offered to wash our car when I asked if I could borrow a hose!

Accommodation and surrounds require maintenance.

The venue and setting are stunning, the staff is exceptional and the rooms are big

There was some maintainance issues with the roof and aircons but once the minor things are sorted then the place will get a 10/10

I arrived on very cold winter night, although they didn't have electric blanket the staff provided a very hot heater to warm the room. I loved that.

I ordered food from the kitchen, it took too long to arrive.

My family really enjoyed their stay at Blackhorse. Very friendly staff🥰 the rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was well prepared and enough for all of us. Keep up the good work👏And oh🙈 we were so happy with the Wifi🤗❤️

Breakfast is very good they provide delicious food and plenty. The staff is kindness and amicable, they have tender care to their clients. I will recommend my friends and colleagues to stay there while they visit Vryheid.

Their rooms are not built for privacy, they put 4 people together in one room without separation of beds. Their bathroom is too spacious and waist the place for room dividers. There was no bar fridge in the room for cooling drinks clients have.

The breakfast menu didn't have lots of options and the locations is out of town which makes it not easy to access amenities

The fact that the reception closes at 19h00 and the resturants is said to be closing at 22h00 however we got there at 21h00 and the restaurant was closed.

I LIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PLACES, SADLY I DIDNOT HAVE A BREAFAST AT THE PLACE BUT THE LOCATION OF THE PLACE WAS GOOD RIGHT NEXT TO THE MAIN ROAD.

The service was immaculate and patience even if you arrive late you still accommodate and they make concidense to accommodate your request best ever dankoo
