The hotel is close to the airport ( 15 min drive ) and allows early check in at no extra cost . The staff at the hotel was very helpful and the pick up and drop off at the airport were well organized.

The walls are pretty thin so you can hear your next room neighbor . The transfer cost ( 20 euros /one way to or from airport) seems a bit excessive.

The breakfast gets sent to the room, ours was scheduled for 7:30AM by us as we had an early flight but we got it around 8;30 only after I went down twice. That too, initially just one box was delivered and the next one came later. Impacted our departure time and could have been avoided. It's walkable from the bus station but not from any metro station so good to keep that in mind if you use public transport a lot. Also, the AC did not have the cooling option, it had only 2 modes - warm and fan. The room phone was not working as well

The guy on check in and lady on check out was also helping Big time, facilitating taxi calling, helping after check out.

Standard breakfast served to room (omelette, small cheese portion, cafe latte, .... indeed I prefer buffet, i didn't like the presentation and didn't ate much.

Second leg of our flight was cancelled so we had to look for a good place to sleep while we had to wait for our next morning flight. We are quite specific to sleeping. But here it was wonderful. Yes, there were two times when we woke up from the pray. But we were so tired so we didn't pay attention. And it was quite pleasant and safe to walk around the Green mosque late at night.

It is not really important, but if you would like to order some food delivery it is better and safe to order a lentil soup from the menu offered at the reception. But this was so convenient to be able to order some food and lentils soup was so tasty. Thank you for your care

The room size (202) was perfect for a solo traveller; cozy, comfy and warm in Istanbul’s cold winter. Every time to come to Istanbul and need to stay close to the airport, I come here. This was my third time. The staff are really friendly. They provide you with instant coffee, tea, water and an electric jug. Also everything is always clean. Lots of shampoos and hair conditioners in the shower; nice warm water and comfortable bed.

I don’t have s problem with it at all, yet the hotel is right in front of the big Yecil Camil mosque so you are going to hear the call to prayer loudly. Also, being close to the airport means you are farther from the city center, but that is exactly what I wanted.

Moderate pricing, close to the airport, taxi 250 liras. Nice stuff. Good kebab places nearby. There is a supermarket near. Have tea/coffee in the room. Ok for short stay.

Might be noisy - big mouscque just opposite and planes are landing. No alcohol around (shops and dining places).

Misleading advertisement of shuttle from airport. What they offer is to contact a taxi for you and want to charge you more than double what it cost to get your own “Orange Taxi” outside the airport doors. If you don’t offer a shuttle service then don’t say you do. When I complained through their WhatsApp contact the person replying said, just because you have to pay out of pocket doesn’t mean we don’t offer the feature. No where does it indicate that this is an extra charge. I got my own to/from the airport

Let me start by saying the staff are absolutely amazing and happy to assist with most things and even allowed us to adjust our booking freely even though we didn't pay for that facility. The room was lovely, my only complaint is the bidet not working but otherwise was fantastic. As you exit the hotel on your left is Yeşil Cami (green mosque) which is just beautiful. Easily one of my best hotels I've stayed at in Istanbul.

Bidet was broken, the second was location, ideal for what I used it as which was a rest point before going to the airport but otherwise not ideal for seeing the main centre of Istanbul. Public transport is good in Istanbul and it's not too long to get into the main bulk of it however you can stay closer for a little more. But you do lose quality. Finally is not the hotel but be wary of restaurants in the local area as some don't have menus and charge you for things which are normally free.

I was in transit in Istanbul from 8am to 6pm, (after 2 overnights in planes) and this hotel kindly facilitated a room for me to be able to sleep during the day while in transit. It is as close to the airport as hotels get and my room had an ensuite bathroom. The taxi going back to the airport significantly overcharged me. I contacted the hotel and the manager has been excellent in locating the driver and is working on getting me refunded. It was nice to know the hotel is kind and trustworthy and I’d stay here again. The staff on reception are also excellent and very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

There were only net curtains on the window but I had eye covers to block the sunshine to sleep during the day, so this was no problem for me. A bathmat would also have been nice but not a real problem.
