The location is very convenient to the island attractions. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room . The hotel in general is very big and the activities are more kids oriented. The layout is outdated and the design without vision.

The hotel is a bit outdated. The food options in the hotel are very limited. The staff in the reception didnt talk english and tried to give us a restricted view room although we've ordered a room with a view after a lot of google translate they changed our room. The pool is very shallow more for kids than adults.

Room was big and clean with a nice balcony. The restaurant and the lobby are really beautiful, too. Location is superb, on a cliff overlooking the sea. Staff were super nice and helpful. Loved that there was a convenience store on the premises and also a cute little brunch spot with a decent selection of meals and baked goods. You will definitely need to rent a car to reach the location. That way you can also explore the island a little.

My room was facing to the front (not sea view) and the other hotel nearby had some entertainment in the evenings that wasn't particularly to my liking. It did end in a reasonable hour, but it's something I noticed even when my window was closed.

I love that this hotel has a strict smoke forbidding everywhere, even on balcony it is not allowed to smoke. That’s absolutely fantastic!! It really make sure that everyone who stays there can finally enjoy the fresh good air. Thank you so much for protecting your non-smokers guests in such a caring way. We also love the pools and food. Perfect service! We will definitely come back again!!

Front desk staff updates our room To prestige suite room He said we are 3 of us. (I did not ask sea view ) Help us to enjoy with bigger room He is Very kind & thoughtful . We enjoyed so much And hotel concierge help us arrange taxi Tour For 2 days It’s excellent holiday Garden view was excellent choice Pool water was very warm & clean I swimming at night , enjoy cold weather

- BIG THANKS TO MR. ETHAN! (Concierge) It was our first time as a family of 3, heading to Jeju. We were at Seogwipo for a total of 4 nights in mid-Feb and I must say we really enjoyed our time there! As we rented a car, we had to find an accommodation that had free parking and Parnas provided that. As we were walking with our luggages and our 2 year old toddler, towards the hotel after parking the car, the guest services staff had already spotted us from afar and assisted us with our bags! I was greeted by Mr Henry Choi during check-in and although we had some difficulties conversing, but his English was not that bad! He did his best to answer my questions - e.g where I could go to find baby diapers. We had some difficulties during the stay as we weren't provided the charging card for our electric car from the rental company (totally my fault as I ASSUMED since the hotel had the charging machine, I wouldn't need the card LOL) & on a side note, the car rental company was more than an hour drive away. There were 2 occasions where we DESPERATELY needed to charge the car and the concierge staff, Mr Ethan was really a life saviour! He assisted us by paying for it on his card and we paid him cash in return. He was extremely nice and we were so grateful for him during our stay there! We were also assisted by Concierge staff, Ms Yuri Choi who kindly helped us load our luggages back to the car when we were checking out. I also wanted to make a reservation at a specific restaurant which I was trying to contact for days but couldn't get through. Turns out, the restaurant closed down. Ms Yuri immediately helped to search on her phone for alternatives and asked if we needed her help to book. Overall, we would definitely come back again to Parnas since we didn't manage to try the pool! The room was huge with an amazing view. Convenience stores nearby! Loved the bakery next to the hotel as well. Room service was amazing too!

Downside to it was, the parking lots would get really full from 7/8pm onwards, so you'd have to park at the other carpark which is really quite a distance to walk to/fro the hotel. We felt the pillows could be better too!

Five star facilities, stunning atrium which we never got tired of looking at as we glided up on the lifts, helpful and responsive English speaking staff, gorgeous location with beach nearby. The pool was the cleanest and warmest we have ever seen. The concierge arranged a taxi tour for us to meet our requirements that was better value than we could have booked ourselves on the apps. We enjoyed the bar and the a la carte dinner; the food was delicious and the menu had both Korean and western options.

The balcony, facing the sea, was in need of some repainting.

The property was beautiful, the lounge was incredible, suite perfect for our family of 4 and parking free and readily available. The location was a great base for exploring the south of the island.

A couple of small comments - it would be great if breakfast could start a little earlier as it was difficult to eat before climbing mount hallasan. Also it would be great if there was a (non buffet or lounge) signature restaurant in the hotel.

We loved staying at Parnas Hotel in Jeju. The room, the facilities, the service, everything about this place was top notch! This was actually our second time we visited and we loved it so much we wanted to come back and it still didn’t disappoint. One of our biggest highlights of this hotel is the swimming pool! The views you get from the infinity pool are amazing! I don’t want to say any more because I feel like I should be gate-keeping this place!

Being our second time staying here, I did notice some parts of the building are not being well maintained. Rust has started to appear on the beautiful facade where the balustrades are which makes the aesthetics not like a 5-star hotel should be. Also there’s some weird patch-ups to some parts of the infinity pool that has come loose - which you’ll only notice if you look over the edge. Other than these “cosmetic” issues this place is still amazing!

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The best hotel I have ever stayed at. Everyone was incredibly nice, the hotel was beautiful, there were many amenities, and the room was quite comfortable.

My only complaints were that the shower could be a little taller (as I'm 5ft 4in and the max height it could accommodate- my fiancé is 5ft 6in and he had to duck) and to remove the one spotlight that points straight down in front of the bathroom mirror (it creates shadows on your face and makes putting on makeup difficult). Those were both very, very minor things, though. I absolutely loved my stay. I would live at the hotel if I could.

Service could be improved. No one greeted us as we arrived at the hotel. We had to call someone to pick up our bags for check in. We also had to pay for valet and would get calls straight away confirming that we need to pay instead of just putting it on the tab. They had zero vegetarian options for room service and were not able cater to our dietary restrictions as everything was ready made and they did not offer to cook anything from scratch. Had some trouble communicating with staff as not everyone spoke English.
