Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant personnel went out of their way to help us, even letting my son try all the soups. The pizza was so delicious, and the breakfast was excellent (lots of variety and strong coffee). The room had lots of space for 5 people and the beds were very comfortable.

Could hear noise and people talking outside late at night.

Perfectly located to get the ferry to go to ilha grande and the room is clean.

Very noisy on the rooms facing the street. Muito barulho se tiver do lado da rua.

Breakfast was good. The size of the room is great. It was near the beach. It was OK for one night.

The bed was uncomfortable, it made noises every time you moved. The staff was not very attentive. The room looked pretty outdated, specially the bathroom.

The price is cheap but you need to consider the consequences.

Well cleaned, actually decent breakfast range, staff are polite.

I didn't take some other reviews seriously but yeah... The room was ground floor, straight onto the street, no windows, next to a highway. Listened to karaoke then people fighting then revving cars at 6am. Do not stay here if you want to sleep. Even taking into account the low-ish price - fix the windows?

We didn’t have water in the bathroom, the window was broken without glass and there is a noisy dance club very close to the place. We couldn’t sleep nether shower nor wash our teeth. We haven’t received any refund.

Very cheap stay

Bedroom was mouldy, towels threadbare, shower very dirty, floor absolutely filthy.
