The reception staff extremely helpful. The room was lovely and clean and had all the requirements we needed.

The view from the window was overlooking works vans on an industrial estate and the location was at least 20 mins outside Arcachon. The restaurant outside the hotel wasn’t open either.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Beautiful location. The staff here are excellent. I brought a pet (hamster) with me. At other hotels, I have been made to feel judged but not here. They were lovely and came to say bye which truly made the stay. 10/10 recommend

We loved staying here so much on our journey down to Spain last month that we came back on our journey back home. The staff here are amazing and kind. Hotel has great amenities and parking. 10/10 would recommend (especially if travelling with a pet)

It was a very simple basic hotel but ideal because we we're just passing through.

Maybe the option to have some water, tea or coffee in the room available. We travelled for many hours and arrived late, it then is nice to have a simple drink before going to sleep.

It's the second time I've stayed overnight to rest and it seems like a super cozy place. The facilities are very good, The receptionists are very friendly. It has adjoining rooms for children and many people come with their pets. The breakfast food is very good and the gym. I will definitely return

Really nice hotel in an industrial area The rooms were small but clean, and the staff was friendly. Despite being in an industrial area, the hotel felt comfortable and welcoming. We had a pleasant stay.

Convenient location, small but nice rooms, great bathrooms, friendly staff.

It's was a bit of a dark drive up with no street lights or illuminated signs. Interconnecting rooms were locked and were too tired to get it sorted but as booked as one it would have been nice to have had access.

The staff really kind and friendly. We used the sauna after a raining and windy day: it was so comfortable! The rooms are clean and well organized.

I would have had a kettle to do a warm tea.
