Perfect spot from which to explore La Rochelle. The old port is just a few steps away, but the hotel is in quiet area. The rooms are well designed and very comfortable. Breakfast was a treat. The staff is excellent. My wife tripped on a door lip and the young lady on duty, Lizzie, did a great job making sure she was okay and then making an ice pack for her injury. Excellent bike storage with tools.

The hotel seems brand new but it may just have been renovated. Anyhow, everything was super clean, well insulated (for the noise) and the rooms are very spacious.

The breakfast is correct but certain items could be improved in terms of quality (fruit juice seemed artificial, viennoiseries were not "crunchy" (croustillantes) and the ham was not great), but good choice of cereals, the yogurt and fruit salad were delicious.

It was spotless in all senses. Attention from the staff, facilities in the room (the best I come across so far in years) Breakfast which included sausages, eggs and bacon, great shower. The room blackout curtains are fitted to perfection, no sunlight coming through in the early morning. The absolute best value for money.

I loved this hotel, maybe one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The thing I absolutely loved was how clean everything was. The beds were really comfy, I liked the design of the rooms and I especially enjoyed the soap in the bathroom from Urban design. Smells so good! The breakfast is included and absolutely worth it. Also recommend to visit Dune Du Pulat if you have time.

Nothing that I can think of, maybe the area is a bit low key with only some restaurants. Nothing much to see, however if you stay at this hotel only for 1-2 nights that is all you need.

The room was very clean, modern and cozy, the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The breakfast was correct for a 3 stars hotel but nothing special. The hotel benefits from spacious dedicated parking.

6-7 KM distance from Arcachon center or dunes of Pilat. But did not bother us as we had our car.

Breakfast was excellent and varied. The room and social areas were immaculately clean. The staff were courteous and very helpful. The room was well appointed and comfortable.

There was only one pillow each, though there was a soft one and a medium one. We had to get more. Other than this everything was fantastic value for money.

All you need for breakfast was there. Not a huge selection, but what was there was great. The nice proper coffee made all the difference. Can only recommend it. Parking is secure with gates locked at night. The bar for an evening drink was an added bonus. Just ask at the reception if you want something from the bar.

Towels could be bigger.

I LOVED the staff, the location, and the cleanliness of the rooms. The hotel is extremely well noise isolated, everything is so quiet and the aircon worked amazing, Lovely shower lovely bed and perfect pitch black silence. The breakfast was AWESOME ! i was in room 220 and i totally recommend it because we had the view on a pine tree. You need a car! Because it will get you to the nicest places in the area all in less than 10mins from the hotel. The staff was truly amazing, we had the best time

Lovely modern, comfortable, and quiet hotel that we have previously stayed at several times before. Excellent boulangerie and wine shop next door, as well as several resturants and McDonalds. Good breakfast. Much better than present twice the price 4 star Novatel in Bordeaux that has no breakfast. Many lovely beaches to visit nearby.

Centrally located. Rooms are clean and staff was friendly. Special mention to Xavier, who was extremely friendly to us. Parking space was sufficient for our group too
