Light, spacious, airy, comfortable, quiet, mostly adults. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing huge walk-in shower with 'his & her' sinks. Great outside decking area with two comfortable sunbeds and a small table with two chairs. Very useful kitchen area with fridge and microwave/oven and high-quality branded kettle, toaster, and capsule coffee maker. All the cutlery and crockery you will need. Just a stroll away from the beautiful beach and great restaurants. There is parking with an app-paying facility outside or free parking on the side roads if you get lucky, which we did as we went in the first week of June, slightly out of season.

Very nice apartment with good furniture. We had apartment number 10, it has a great view on the seaport. Location is ok, however it is not in the Center of the village.

I could not get in contact with the owner at all. I was asking about the parking place and how to pay tax, but in booking there is only “Samuel” and I think it is a computer program, which is sending automatic replies. In the end I found some people in the restaurant on the ground floor, so I could pay tax and found WiFi password. Shower was also broken a bit. Everyone speaks only French.

Make sure to get a harbour view room. Lovely at any time of day and always something to watch. The nicely refurbished rooms are above an excellent harbour side restaurant (not noisy, provided the windows are kept shut) all part of the same establishment.

The failure of the air conditioning unit in our room on two very warm nights rather blighted our enjoyment. Still, we would happily visit again for the location and the handily placed restaurant.

The view to the marina, the cleanliness, the bed, the kitchenette, the water pressure in the shower, the separation between the shower and the bedroom, the location, the entrance towards the pier and the street, the air-condition and the television with additional services

Wish there was a balcony towards the marina, would have liked to have milk/ coffee whitener and some sparkling water in the room. the chair near the table is less comfortable.

This was a very nice apartment rather than a traditional hotel. So you get a Whatsapp message from the owner with the digital door codes, a slightly more difficult payment method for city tax, but once that is over your in. Chosen as a Pet friendly place it has all the comforts for a cosy home, and has a deck feature to sunbathe, as we didnt choose the harbour view. The place is 15 minutes away from our main destination - The Dunes du Pilat. We did try the breakfast downstairs looking at the harbour which has a breakfast deal.

City tax payment method is a slightly difficult website to navigate.

Central location, great choice of restaurants 10 mins walk away, local bolangerie 5 mins away. Property is a very high standard. Had a small issue on arrival and was sorted out immediately, staff so responsive on text. Would highly recommend and would come again

not much. there was an ironing board in the room but no iron. I messaged the team but didn’t get a reply from them until 3 hours after the checkout.

It was very clean, and decorated with high end furniture. The bed was very comfortable. Easy access from both the marina and the city side. Beautiful 15 min walk by the sea to the centre of Arcachon. Good WiFi.

Small plates were missing - for breakfast would have been nice ;)

Clean, comfortable, well furnished, air-conditioned apartment close to beaches, bars, restaurants. Just 15 minute walk along the seafront into central Arcachon.

It would be nice to provide some cleaning basics like washing up liquid that are not worth buying and would be wasteful to buy for a short stay.

Travelling with kids is always hard, especially with a toddler. I was looking for a place, where I can heat my food, cook something quickly for kids, and have space to relax. There was a fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster and even dishwasher. It was definitely a perfect place for us! Check in and check out is very easy. Doors open on a code without any keys to worry about. Everything is done by phone or sms.

You can get locked out of the room with a lock switch from the room. Need to be aware of it.
