Great location on the beach and near to shops and restaurants. The breakfast whilst expensive was very good, with plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Having paid for a sea view, our room on the first floor overlooked the roof of the property directly in front of the hotel which spoilt the view of the beach to a certain extent. It’s a shame that there isn’t a bar at the hotel, given such a great location. The parking is limited, but the staff helped us to find an alternative that was free of charge. A minor point, but the towels need to be upgraded and there’s nowhere to hang them up in the bathroom!

We stayed in the basic room with twin beds. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, excellent shower. The room had air con. The hotel is in an excellent location , on the main square facing the beach, with numerous restaurants and bars. You can have a continental breakfast at the hotel which has a wide selection to choose from, so good value for money. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. There is parking for 10 cars in the forecourt if there is no space available you would have to park in public car park which is very close and cost €30 per day.

In our room, there was an ironing board but no iron. We had to call room service and collect the iron from reception. There are no tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. Paper cups and water are provided in the room. You have to go to the dining area to collect your hot drink. However, none of this was a deal breaker for us as we were only staying 1 night and the hotel represented good value for money

One of the best hotel experiences during our trip! The hotel location is just perfect: the beach, the little city center and the boat station is right in front of the door. We felt very welcomed by the lovely staff - and our dog as well! The room was comfy and we even had a bit of sea view <3 What we want to highlight is the exceptional service beyond our stay: we have been offered to use the parking lot and the bathroom the whole day even after check-out. So we had the possibility to go on a boat trip before leaving in the evening. We really appreciated that and would totally recommend the hotel to our friends!

The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs, keen to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The parking was not available because of road works but they gave us a sticker to park for free in the street. At breakfast we were welcomed with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. Good variety of breads and cakes. Rooms and common parts decorated with taste and very clean, excellent location. The rooms were serviced every day.

A few minor points that didn’t spoil our lovely stay: one of the rooms didn’t have a phone; the metal bar that should fix the shower head to the wall was broken, and there were no hooks or railing to hang towels (which is very inconvenient)

Everuthing! Location (7 min walk from the station and 100 m from the beach, 50 m to restaurants and stores). Spacious, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Despite paying the standard (economic) fee, I got a side view of the ocean...definitely recomme d staying in this hotel!

I would have liked coffee making facilities in the room. Parking was tricky in the on site car park but was helped by the kind receptionist to see me out of my spot and onto the road.

Location is superb, close to everything

The staff was uncaring. A gentleman who stays at the desk during the day was extremely aggressive when we described a malfunctioning shower faucet. He ignored our complaints and the shower was horrible during our entire stay. We complained about the bad internet service and the same awful type claimed that our computers were the problem. Interesting enough our computers are working very well here in Carcassone, Albi, etc. This man should work in a stable taking care of feeding horses.

Location very central for beach and restaurants, about 15 mins walk from station. Breakfast which looked expensive at €17 was actually very good value with quantity and choice. The bed was large and comfortable for a good night's sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful

Some fixtures in the bathroom (door, shower holder) needed mending. The Aircon temperature control was limited.

Great location. Lovely staff. Amazing room overlooking the bay. Restaurants all around for every taste. Would definitely stay again.

Not much to dislike about the property. Get there early for a parking space. But to be expected in a central location.

Location is perfect and the seaview room was wonderful. We were lucky and easily got a parking spot at the hotel (only 10 available), but the Indigo parking station is also very close. Our room was a good size and the shower was superb. The lift was welcome, but there are also wide easily managed stairs to the first floor. Breakfast was good quality and excellent in range for us.
