Friendly reception staff. Location was fantastic, pleasant walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, train station & buses. Hotel was clean & tidy. Outdoor seating area in front of hotel was very nice.

Decking on balcony needs some attention as it has split in areas and make do repairs are not great. No where to hang wet washing, eg swimming costumes & towels. Breakfast was disappointing, we ate out on our second morning. There wasn't a mini bar in the room as advertised. Could hear people in the corridor and see hall lights.

Wanted to find a comfortable hotel, close to the ocean and with parking. Arcane had this. Was with my adult son and asked for two beds. Got a double and a twin, though the twin was way too narrow. Hotel staff was friendly, they had indoor parking, hotel was clean and walking distance to the Arcachon beach so we could go and have a dip. Very quiet room. Also close to the attractive town centre.

The twin bed I received was way too narrow. The shower has a curtain that does not really keep the water from wetting the bathroom floor.

Location great, very close to beach and centre. Onsite parking (booked in advance) room very clean and modern. Didn’t opt for breakfast as local bakery very good and reasonably priced.

We upgraded to a superior room. Room very small with little room to move or store suitcases. Believe superior only gave you a balcony (great to store suitcase) no mini fridge, kettle or coffee machine. From checking after this needs a further upgrade for these. Towels very thin.

the staff was friendly, the hotel has very good location, super close to beach, parking in the street is very difficult in the high season so I advise to buy their daily parking which is affordable, just that the parking goes from 12-12 so the day of departure you need to move your car in middle of day.

I wish we had more and better towels in the bathroom, they were not absorbent and they were not drying. Re parking: I had to move my car early on the day of departure, I was not able to buy another day of parking, the lady said it was reserved, I had to find parking in the streets, it was really impossible, I had to park very far maybe more than 1 km away as the city was extremely busy and there was no parking in the street or anywhere.

Excellent location and very helpful reception staff. The room was cool and clean with a small balcony which we did not make use of as the surrounding area was so nice that we spent only breakfast and sleeping time at the hotel. Pleasant bathroom facilities and plenty of USB charging points. Easy walking to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants and train station.

Breakfast options were a little limited compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in.

Everything, small but very comfy and nicely decorated rooms - ours had a balcony, which was very nice. The staff was really friendly and helpful - I forgot something the the room and they sent it to me. Great breakfast. Beach around the corner.

The aircondition machine (if that's what it is) outside on the parking lot is quite loud and runs all night. Shouldn't be a problem if you close the windows at night. My husband didn't mind because it is an even sound, but I did and put airplugs in. However, this is a minor drawback in an otherwise very good hotel. We would book again. :)

We had a large suite on the fifth floor, with a balcony with a view on the sea and air conditioning. Everything was elegant, practical and confortable. This delightfull hotel is located in a quiet street very close to Arcachon center and beaches. Very pleasant 1-night stay. I recomment this hotel.

We skipt the breakfast as we prefered to have a cheapest one with a direct view on the sea close by.

Warm welcome, very clean comfortable and relaxing hotel. Helpful staff, garage to securely lock our bikes overnight, easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops, excellent breakfast.

Everything was perfect except for the slightly short shower screen but that didn’t affect the enjoyment of our stay.

Nice clean design, well up to standard

After booking found out a steep deposit of 500 euro was required. Wanted to reach out be sure offer was bona fide, but impossible to reach owners, in spite of two phone numbers provided. Had to ring Booking to verify, and they also didn’t get back to Booking. Very odd and if I new this I would have booked to have all that hassle.

The hotel very presentable, maybe 10 - 15 minutes from the center (walking), not very close to the beach. Easy to park the car there. The staff is very nice, I think is the best think about the hotel. Very attentive and kind.

In our room the hair dryer was broken, and in the shower there was a long black hair on the floor, and the shower also smells like urine. When we went to bed - all the room stank. I didn't tell to the staff because it was my birthday and I didn't want to argue with anybody.
