Comfortable. Good location. Receptionists were pleasant. Lift to all floors. Balcony with a side view of the sea. This was the best thing.

We thought this was rather expensive compared to other places we had stayed on our 31 day tour of France. The additional 15 euros a day for a dog even though no-one cleaned the apartment during our stay was punitive. The Receptionist argued that if they did not charge that fee they would not accept dogs. I think it would be better if they don't. There is also an extra fee for parking. All in all we found it very expensive for what it was. In fact, there was a free parking spot outside but I dont think you could bank on that.

rooms : not the most modern one BUT you have all needed inside even a dishwasher. Terrasse is nice also depends where you have the view and the season of the year you re going there choose sea view (side street) or casino side or town side. For couple with 2 kids it just PERFECT size and Location just 50m from central Arcachon beach and you have supermarket also very near walking 100m even if you arrive by train is near and easy.

Nothing really to complain off if you re picky and want only perfection like new place ok may be BUT for that price in Arcachon it s difficult to do better .... it s my 3rd stay in 2 years there with kids they love it

Travelling from Ireland, Arcachon is the perfect location, a train away from Bordeaux. Warm welcome from the reception on arrival, happy to give advice on things to do & how to get there. Hotel is ideally situated in front of the sea, in the city center. Arcachon has a lot to offer with a vast variety of restaurants for everybody's taste. One of the reason we went there was to also go to the "Pyla dunes" which are the highest dunes in Europe. Absolutely amazing. It cost 2EUR public bus ticket, regular journeys (approx every hour), the tourist office is situated near the train station. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

The bunk beds were in a tiny space, no window. I didn't realise that from the photos advertised. But the sofa bed in the main room gave us extra sleeping facility.

Though the room did not face the sea jut the street, it was a small studio room few steps away from the main beach of Arcachon, right to the Casino castle . It could be too packed for more than 2 people unless tue other 2 are young children . We enjoyed the car park facility for 20 extra euros .

Great location - 1 minute from the beach. Clean and spacious room, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, good service. Balcony with sea view.

There is no cupboard in the room, only dresser and shelves - if not for that, the hotel can be rated "10"

Very well equipped and very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The furniture (coffee table and table/ chairs) were very heavy when we needed to move it to pull out the sofa bed. Parking underground was quite flooded and expensive.

Great for the price you pay, 2 minutes walk from the beach. The underground parking was very safe and secure although we had to pay for it.

The parking had to be paid, 15€ per night which is pretty expensive. The breakfast could be better as it was also extra charge.

Convenient studio close to everything with everything you need for a stop on the Velodysée, including secure bike storage

Could do with a refresh. And the cleaner playing loud rubbish music on her phone in the corridor is not appreciated by guests. Obviously.

The location is excellent, easily accessible, the room was large and beds comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Good facilities with dishwasher, microwave, plates, cutlery etc

The whole room is in need of an upgrade, the decor looks old and tired. Could do with a small bottle of washing up liquid provided, or perhaps just one dishwasher tab? Otherwise I can’t imagine the dishes get cleaned very well between guests.

The room it's big clean and comfy. Near to plage and center. All the facilities are in front of your eyes. Enjoy your time.
