The receptionist was very welcoming, kind and helpful, she gave us lots of information we needed. The room was great, the shower was nice as well, it was even better than Novotel or Mercure where we have stayed weeks before. In the room, there was a coffee machine which we were really appreciate. The hotel's staff were attentive and refilled water for us. We appreciate. Thank you.

Unfortunately, the weather wasn't good and lots of foggy during our stay. Even we were told that we could see the beach from our room but we haven't had luck. The buildings and the fog were gotten in the way. In the room, I think it missed a bin, we had one in the bathroom but it would be nice to have another in the room. For the breakfast, the little pound cake was delicious, however we would like to see more variety of food for this price.

The hotel is typical of budget-friendly seaside places. The room is simple, really clean and had a little balcony with a half-decent view of the port and sea. The breakfast was lovely and in a charming room downstairs. The hotel is a stone's throw from the beach and just a short 10-15min walk into the town centre so the location is pretty good. One particular staff member was really lovely, helpful and really took service to the next level!

The bathroom was adequate but very small. Unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable and noise does travel a little bit in the rooms. The hotel is fine for a few days given but any longer I imagine you would feel claustrophobic.

This is a beautifully decorated hotel with very tasteful furnishings. The beds are comfortable and the rooms have nespresso machines and bottled water. Breakfast is an extra cost but worth it - a lovely selection of pastries, ham, cheese, fruit, yogurt etc. The staff are incredibly helpful and will do anything to help when needed. The hotel is in a great location, just up from the port and beach and a pleasant walk along the beachfront to the town.

We stayed in a suite and it had plenty of space. The staff are fabulous, the cleaners do an amazing job and are the loveliest ladies. Room is cleaned every day. The beds were super comfortable. Loved the little Nespresso machine and new pods everyday along with fresh water. We have stayed in 4/5 star hotels this year and they lacked a lot of the above. This hotel should be much more than 3 star.

Nothing other than a small fridge in the room would be a great addition and a bin other than the bathroom one - just helpful additions but not a criticism at all. The place is fabulous.

The perfect location between the local downtown retail area and the upscale boardwalk hotel district. A quick walk to the beach. Very helpful staff - early check in is always appreciated. A thoughtfully appointed room with plenty of places to put bags and luggage. Numerous hanging spots and hooks. Great Wi-Fi and A/C in the room and a nice hot shower.

The only thing missing was a proper nightstand but the bonus stool made do.

Very friendly staff. Good location. 15 mins to walk to town along the boardwalk by the beach. Nice bars and restaurants also 5 mins away if you turn right out of the hotel as well by the port.

Being fussy, a little fridge in the room would be good so to keep the water provided chilled.

The staff are amazing and so welcoming. The hotel itself is really well presented, clean and comfortable. A ten minute walk in to town along the beach front. Car parking over the road. Lovely breakfast.

The room is advertised as wheelchair accessible. There are rails by the toilet but the shower is not wheel in or accessible for those who use a wheelchair and does not have any rails.

Staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful with giving advice for good places to visit. The hotel had a lovely feel about it and the room was very well equipped and clean. The hotel is a 3min walk from the beach. Secure bike parking available at the hotel also.

Modern, clean, staff, close to the ‘petit port’ and beach, very good restaurants nearby. Good breakfast
