At first sight the location was not great, a bit outside of the city center in a more industrial area of Arcachon. We felt really welcome in the hotel, staff was very friendly and customer oriented. The room was spacious, clean, comfort was very good. There is a bus opposite to the hotel to go to the center, the port and the beaches. You can also walk, +/- 30 minutes. The hotel does not serve diner but you can order small bites. There are some nice fish bars (one could not call them restaurants) within a short walk from the hotel. You can eat excellent prawns and oisters. Breakfast was very good. Service excellent. CLosed parking big advantage when you're on a tour. We recommend this hotel for a stopover, less intersting for a longer stay because of the location.

We were a bit suprised about the situation of the hotel, but for a stopover it is OK.

It's very new and clean. The staff was really friendly and the breakfast was perfect. Plus the terrace where you can take your breakfast is very cute.

The room was a bit small. Especially if you have a middle or big sized dog with you, it can be a bit complicated in the room to find space for the luggage, yourself and the dog 🥲

It was very clean and tidy, with an excellent shower, very good mattress, air conditioner in the room and free onsite parking. The staff were polite and helpful and the check in was easy. Good location with bars, cafes and supermache Close by. We had a very good breakfast, with lots of choice, good seating and an excellent coffee machine.

A little bit of road noise as we had a room at the front, but it wasn't too bad.

Frienly staff (especially thanks for tall guy on the reception). Lobby with cofe/tea, where you can spend your free time. Close to the city center (15 min on foot). Spacious parking.

Uncomfortable tiny room like storage. Window open only in one position (or widely open, or close).

It was just perfect for us as we stopped for a couple of nights on our road trip . The room was very comfy and super clean & modern , practical . Also the staff was super friendly . I just thought we were closer to the sea front but this is my mistake , a little far from city centre but we are good walkers so overall super happy .

Personnel is really nice and helpful and always with a smile, plus breakfast is nice an the overall location is good

It’s far away from the train station and the city center, so if you are without car, it’s around 30 min walk. I was staying for one night only and while booking I made a note about it and of course even though nobody is obliged to offer anything for birthdays, most even 2* hotels greet their anniversary guests (here I had to remind upon my arrival about it, and felt embarrassed even for it, it’s not a feeling the guest should feel anyways, but thanks for a tea)

Brilliant location on our way through. Extremely friendly staff, nice breakfast and a beautiful nature resere nearby to wslk the dogs. A cold beer on arrival and a lovely continental breakfast before departure. Air conditioning in the room so comfortable for us and our two dogs.

Nothing I didn't like. Rooms are on the small side but we still fit in a large dog crate.

The only thing I found was a few slams of doors from fellow guests but get you'st to it in the end
