The staff were very friendly and helpful and when we had a problem with the bath draining they came to fix it very quickly. The bathroom did smell a bit damp so maybe it needs a really deep clean down that plug hole! Apart from that the apartment was great and very comfortable. The beds were very clean and cosy. The breakfast was also first rate. One thing - I think more could be made of the location by the lake. It was possible to walk around the lake but not with great ease. If it were my property I would make it easier. It is also quite strange to have such a beautiful slice of nature beside a big retail park - or maybe the lake isn’t natural?

The refurbished rooms overlooking the lake are now lovely. We’ve been staying here for 12 years but about 4 years ago, we switched to other local hotels because All Suites had sunk to low depths and badly needed rooms refurbished. Cecile on reception is wonderful and so very helpful as indeed are the rest of the staff. We now keep returning to stay often each month!

No kettle, no spatchelor, no grill or toast machine. And the balconies need painting to finish the refurbishment, otherwise you’re making a vast improvement! You should look to open and offer a loyalty card for regular customers like us and like your competitor does 1km away (Holiday Inn)

Good place for a quiet holiday or overnight stay. There is a swimming pool. Beautiful view from the room. There are cafes and shopping centers within walking distance. The room is clean and modern

The deposit was withheld from my card.I was not warned about this in advance and I had to go to the reception and find out why they took extra money from me. The money was returned the next morning upon check-out, but I don’t like it when money is withdrawn from my card without warning.

Decent sized fridge. Well equipped little kitchen area. Nice quality clothes/ towel dryer. Excellent sized shower - my partner is tall and found the space in shower excellent

Thought the overall size of main room with the bed in was going to be a bit bigger, but we managed.

Clean cozy apart hotel by the lake and next to the forest. Great place for walking with your pet. Well-equipped apartment. Friendly staff. Perfect place to stay for a couple of days and if you travel by car.

According to our reservation, we were supposed to be accommodated in a room with a view of the lake. Unfortunately, we lived on the ground floor with a view of hotel courtyard.

Fantastic aparthotel, we loved our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable with great facilities. Huge car park with shade and free parking. Close to brilliant restaurants, and a large shopping complex. We would absolutely stay there again.

It was very hot and we didn't have aircon, that would've been helpful.

Facilities were great. Beautiful lake view and close to nature.

None of the tv programmes were in English. It will be good to have a gym especially during cold and wet weather, it will be very useful

The apartment was very nice . It had everything. View of the lake well equipped beds very comfortably plenty of hot water. Near the supermarket and shops. Staff very helpful.

Not much street lights. The pool was cold but it was the beginning of September . Ducks on the lake make a bit of noise.

A bit out on a limb but ok if you have a car. Car park surface in poor condition (tree root damage) so you have to be very careful driving round the car park.
