Very nice and comfortable with tea and coffee and drinks and snacks in the room and fridge. Easy walk to get to the beach or the station. Great restaurant. Lovely breakfast menu.

Nothing that can’t be fixed. The Room was very warm - a fan would have helped a lot. I took the duvet out of the cover as it was far too warm at night. A spare sheet would have been nice. The room has a smart tv and tablet but they were not linked to the internet so useless to watch Netflix or surf. WiFi was spotty. As I’m a solo traveller there were times I was in my room resting or reading and the internet would have been useful.

The staff on arrival were very welcoming and the rooms very comfortable. Breakfast provided offered a lot of choice. I was impressed that they catered for a lot of customers who were wheelchair bound.

My only criticism was on leaving. I had paid a local tax in advance, but a rather officious member of staff probably ignored this and I think I ended paying it again. She said she couldn’t speak English which is pretty poor for someone working in tourism these days.

This was by far the best stay in a lower priced hotel. My room was upgraded without having asked, the personnel in it's entity was more concerned about my well being than my family:-), the breakfast buffet couldn't have been any more opulent, the SPA area is nice enough, and the massages were to die for. I even got a birthday gift. I can only say wow to so much comfort and friendliness for the price I paid.

The beach is a 9 minute walk away but you can't have everything on a budget.

Location It’s only about 5 mins walk from the main bus station (Berlin - Koserow) Also, about 8 mins walk to the Seebad

For the price it was an excellent choice. The room seemed to be newly renovated, very clean, the swimming pool was a nice touch, small but still OK. The included breakfast was really good.

The sauna was switched off. Otherwise no complains.

Clean, nice location, helpful staff.

Loud, distasteful music at the hotel restaurant on Sunday and Wednesday evenings from 18:00 to 22:00. One has to escape somewhere else or to endure a mediocre collection of popular songs everybody already heard at least a 1000 times. The singer was extremely bad and uninspired. Mattresses are too soft.

Nice reception and restaurant staff, nice breakfast, charming property setup.

Cheap quality towels (extremely rough) and cheap soap.

Had a great stay! Staff was super helpful. They organized for a great vegan breakfast on my request and were super nice! There was a bike room as well for my bike 🚴‍♂️
