A Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Before booking, I highly recommend checking the reviews and photos from previous guests to help set your expectations. Overall, we had a good experience and felt that we got great value for what we paid during our two-night stay. What we loved: •The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. •The place is quiet, clean, and perfect for a short escape. •The room we stayed in was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. •The Filipino-style breakfast setup (like a simple buffet) was a nice and unique touch for an apartelle. •They were kind enough to lend me an iron free of charge, which I really appreciated. •The location is a big plus—very near SM, the plaza, and the church, which made it convenient to get around.

What could be improved: •The building could use a little refresh—maybe some repainting to make it more inviting. •It would be helpful to have a small fridge in the room for food or drinks. •Room slippers and an iron should be standard inclusions. •Additional lighting options in the room would improve the overall ambiance. •The bathroom drainage (CR) needs to be checked, as it wasn’t draining properly during our stay.

The location is near to everything I want to visit.

The open area in the middle of the building. It is dark and gloomy with old sofa. It needs a little interior. Maybe changing the cover of the sofa, put some vibrant colored throw pillows to make it look livelier and real plants for good energy and oxygen. Then, this can be a nice place to relax and lounge. By the way, our room doesn’t have any window, all walls. I wish there was a cozy lounging area to breath.

The room is spacious, toiletries are well provided. I like the bed, linen, pillows and blanket. The free breakfast is good and adequate.

The restobar nearby. The sound of music is strong and noisy up to 3 AM. It happened that ours is a front room. This I believe is a violation of perhaps an existing (if ever) ordinance of the city. It should be reported to the authorities. It affected our sleep. I advised the other guests to request for a room at the back of the building.

All the staff were very welcoming and friendly including the security guards beds were so comfortable they gave us a twin instead of a double, the room was lovely and clean with air-conditioning and the bathroom was spacious. They also provide free breakfast, juice, cereal, and hot food. The location was great for exploring the area with street food and restaurants. We would stay they again.

It is very near to the main streets of Bacolod like Lacson Street and also walking distance to SM Mall and other places to go.

It is quite old but well kept. It has long stairs goong to the second floor. I have to carry up and down my golf set which was quite heavy but good thing hotel male staff help me carry my set.

room and bed were clean, breakfast was buffet style (although limited options), had complimentary toiletries and hairdryer, and Smart TV with netflix. staff were also accommodating. 😊

was clean enough for us since we didn't really stay for a long while, but others may not like some things we observed like no slippers provided (tiles were cold) and the aircon was leaking. I heard the sound of a gecko while in the hotel, thankfully not inside the room because I really don't like geckos 😭

I god the value for my money. Place is clean, staff very friendly and helpful, decent breakfast, centrally located eg walking distance to San Sebastian cathedral, Ayala Malls, banks, etc.

Bathroom space a bit tight but you can manage.

Stayed 17 days here and i really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly. Great location close to SM and Downtown. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast was good, but very basic(6am to 10am). Laundry shop right outside the hotel. Aircon worked great, but was on the noisy side. Free netflix on the tv and wifi worked great. Bed was very comfortable

Water pressure in the shower is on the weak side. No refrigerator in the room.

The personnel was super friendly and helpful. The bed was amazing Aircon was really good.

The shower head could use some love. But thats the only negative thing I have to say.

A small but comfortable accommodation with very good air conditioning in the room. Excellent value for money with a modest breakfast included. Highly recommended
