When you drive up to it you expect it to be old and dated but as soon as you enter the gates you can tell it’s been renovated but left with its personality which I love. Then you open the door and you are even more pleasantly surprised at how well it was remodeled. It gives you a southwest vibe in a good and minimalist and clean and airy way. The windows are gorgeous and original and the brick walls are amazing and so thick. Every detail is so well thought out. I told my husband immediately that the rooms had a touch of a woman owner and property pride all over it. I used to be an Airbnb host so I could tell. It was simply adorable and a joy staying there. If that same hotel was left in its original state it would probably had been hideous but they transformed it into something very special. The room looks so big because they only put in the essentials and in a smaller scale, but you don’t feel deprived of anything. Nooks and cubbies for everything we needed them for. The bathroom felt so clean and hip. I loved it. The TP made us laugh and I will be buying it for my home. It’s not cheap either so I appreciated that they invested in it. They didn’t have to, so that’s a touch of Airbnb or boutique hotel right there. You don’t find that in regular hotels. The location does not give the hotel justice but don’t hesitate to stay there because of that. For us it was a great stop point between Oregon and Southern CA and we will stay there again! I also enjoyed the contactless check in and check out. Again it gave me the Airbnb vibe I love and super easy after a whole day traveling not to have to go through a whole thing after you already booked it online and paid.

Not something they can change but the surroundings are a bit sad

The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. The property is located on a side street and is nice and quiet at night. Since this is a one story motel, there was no one above us. This was my second stay at the property. The owners have been fixing it up and it was nice to see the inviting garden/barbecue area now ready for guests. There is tile in the bathroom and wood like plank flooring in the main room-easier to keep clean. I enjoyed my stay and plan to return.

There is no breakfast provided. However, I highly recommend “From the Hearth” located in the downtown area of Red Bluff.

Triangle Motel shows a sharp, modern look for a facility that is probably 70 years old. The family (two couples) that renovated the place put nice touches everywhere. Yes, the structure is an old cinderblock building, but painted white throughout, it looks fresh and clean. Tiling in the bathroom is well-done, and the bed was comfortable. The inverter unit (AC - heating) was quiet in December heating mode, unlike the noisy boxes often seen in older motels. There was a functional table for a snack. We got unit #1 - on the east end, with extra windows - lots of light in the day and blackout curtains for the night. We had some questions, and the staff was very prompt in responding.

The microwave is a shared resource, in a service room, along with ice in a freezer. Not a big problem. Prior quests had not logged out of their Netflix account, and that blocked access. Folks should learn where Netflix hides the logout function. This is not a responsibility of the motel operators.

Lovely refurbished 40's era roadside motel priced just right. Quiet, comfy, cozy with all the right touches and amenities. Wonderful off-site hosts ready to help, prompt, friendly and caring. Simple yet lacking for nothing. This is the place you want to stay in Red Bluff. New beds were dreamy. Parking in front of room with nice sitting area out front. Court yard on side for visiting with friends and bbqing. Relaxing pool and lounge chairs. Do yourself a favor and stay at this hidden gem and be sure to have breakfast at the Tremont Cafe and dinner at E's Locker Room on the river (relaxed indoor and outdoor dinning with amazing views, pizza and spirits). You will thank me 😊

Nothing. You'll not find a better, more comfortable, homey place to stay than this.

The motel is an older motel that has been newly renovated. It was very nice with several amenities. It was very clean and quiet. The room was spacious and included a small table and chairs. The bed was comfortable. We were traveling to Lassen Volcanic National Park. This hotel was perfect for our travels to/from the park. There is not an office. Online check in with door code. We had some questions about the AC when we arrived. Erin was very kind and helpful solving our problem. The motel is located off the main road which helps with the road noise. We would stay again. Highly recommend.

I could park right in front of my room, the room was really clean and really tastefully decorated. they really did a fantastic job of cleaning up and updating an old motel. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious enough, the internet was fine for me, there was a small fridge that was useful, and the kettle and individual coffee servings were just fine. it was hot when I got there and I even had a quick dunk in the pool. easy in and easy out.

there's really nothing I didn't like. it is a drive to get to the downtown of Little Red bluff, but that's not a big deal.

The motel is furnished with style, and everything was spotlessly clean. The bedding was comfortable and the mini-split (air conditioning / heating) was perfect for the size of the room. I liked the slice of handmade soap, and the coffee / tea.

I didn't find a box of tissue for blowing my nose.... maybe I missed it? It would be great to have an additional blanket for the bed in the winter. I like to sleep in a cold room with extra blankets. Other than these things, it was well appointed and was super nice.

My 2nd overnight at the Triangle and it was great. Comfy bed, comfy room, good water pressure, and love the updating that doesn't destroy the retro vibe. Love that my parking space is right in front of the room which makes unloading and loading so easy. This time there WAS a blow dryer in the room - yay, AND the tv wasn't too dark so you could actually see the movie. Wish I had gotten in before nightfall so I could have taken a quick swim - will definitely get in the next time. Beautiful pool area.

I'd say they nailed everything for me on this stay.

Erin and Robbie were terrific hosts. They are doing a great job converting an old motel into a new, clean, and very pretty place to spend a few days. Lots of keen detail. Very nice patio and cooking facilities outside. All of our needs were met. Keyless entry was kinda cool.

With the numerous upgrades, the details were a little too kitschy for our taste. Coffee maker, soaps, focus on local artisan products were not something we enjoy. But, it's California, so practicality is not a general rule. More traditional consumables would be welcome. Some additional shelf space in the bathrooms should be considered a critical need.

I really loved this little motel; it’s a gem. It has a cozy, charming feel and you can tell a lot of love went into renovating it. I especially appreciated the rain shower with great water pressure. Also a fan of the electric kettle and local pour over coffee samples. I usually stay in a chain hotel on this leg of my journey that’s adequate but bland but this is my new spot. Will try to come in the summer to enjoy the outdoor pool & patio. Check in was by text, communication was easy & seamless.
