We are family with 4 kids. Parking : very limited, first come first serve. Kindly plan your journey, insha Allah you will find just good parking. 2 rooms with shared toilet: comfortable for sleeping, spaces just fit to perform solah. Water dispenser at Level 1 Unique lift - must try and video yourself Vast varieties for food selection, so near with the venue! At night got food trucks Day time the medan selera is open. Must try the LEMPENG with SARDINES - crunchy outside, soft inside and delicious.

Iron room is at level 1 and it is okay for me BUT the ironing process is so stressful as the iron tied with rope. Very difficult when ironing all the tudung. Please kindly improve on this matter.

The facilities are well maintained, the room was provided with a wall fan, which is enough with the cold weather.

The parking space is very few as it is in a shop lot area, plus you need to pay for parking using the Pahang parking app

The location is at the center of Brinchang town which is easy to find the restaurant, pharmacy, clinic and grocery shop. Even though the building is old but the condition is well maintained and clean. Before there is no lift but now the hotel has provided lift for visitor for easy access to level up.

-No hotel parking. Need to park at Council's parking in front of hotel with payment during daytime. -No breakfast -No iron inside the room

Worth every penny. The room is more than comfortable as it's very spacious. Water heater functioning very well. beyond our expectation. a very strategic location for those whoever wished to stay in Cameron Highland as it is a center point to all other places and the best part is there are a lot of food truck and restaurants nearby the hotel area.

Highly recommend. The hotel room is in good condition and clean. Very comfortable and combined surrounded by shops lots and restaurants. The bathroom is also clean but just one issue is the bidet toilet water is so slow. Wifi also can't get. Thank you

Lift functions well, location strategic which you can find food just a step away, heater works well and television ok. Room very comfortable.

Everything perfect expect for the shower cream(?) it like just a foam.

I like everything there... 1st time sleeping in this hotel.. Got requested room with city view and my daughter sleep peacefully at night until morning.. Easy to get things at near by supermarket and 7e there with ATM. Spacious bathroom with hot and cold water.

The linen- bed cover look like not being properly wash / change. Iron room not at every floor.

Hot Water for bathing was not consistent

value for money, great location, easy access to everywhere. staff is great. room is small but comfortable. hot water is great even must wait little minutes. water dispenser available. i love the mini lift.. :)

cleanness & wifi signal can improve for better stay. Give good maintenance to the hotel.
