I like very much the pool (indoor/outdoor) with very good thermal water ... and the quiet atmosphere ... friendly staff in the restaurant/bar ... good breakfast and dinner ... I like the park and also to travel around (EO commercial center Oberwarth, Gloriette Outlet Stegerbach, Furstenfeld, even Graz) ... It was the 4-th or 5-th stay in this hotel, I liked and this time I took also other 3 families ...

Even I write on my reservation that I please to have a room like in the past with a view to the pool and balcony, and I ask for this this at check-in, they offered me firstly a room in the back part of the hotel, after in the front but viewing the terrace roof and nothing else and finally a very heated room with a terrace to the south.. it was verry hot (no air-con in the room).. sorry, I traveled 2x1300 km to feel well and I think I deserve a little bit more attention... also, I announced (by the special ticket) that I don't need cleaning room service.. they said that will offer a gift for 5 euros/day but I received the same gift like the others that used the service... why - it was an error, or some economy, or bad management ? it's a shame for all the rest.. sorry..

Very friendly and efficient front desk staff! Also, the thermal offerings were very good!

We were informed when the breakfast buffet closed, the breakfast lasted until 10:00 am and at 10:03 I was I was not able to get some more coffee!

A bit old-school, but with character and in very good condition. Very beautiful pool area and sauna area. Nice room.

Bit shabby chairs in the lobby. Dining room is not so welcoming. Very small portions during the dinner, for a woman ok, for a man- definitely not enough.

It’s not our first time to visit the Hotel. And we always get maximum comfort and relaxation. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, spa area is perfect, very friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely come again

Everything was fine

I would like to see stricter adherence to spa rules. Unfortunately, some guests occupy more loungers than they need and do not vacate them when leaving the spa. Management needs to monitor this more closely.

Everything is in perfect shape, and if you like something different with the luxury of the 90’s top architecture, Reduce Hotel Thermal is your place.

Clean and quiet spa area, wonderful breakfast, very kind and helpful staff. Overall experience exceeded our expectation.

The breakfast was fabulous and they thought of everything. There is a chef to prepare eggs as you wish and the fresh products from the area are delicious. There is a juice machine for fresh orange juice, Julius Meinel coffee, Sonnentor teas, an incredible fresh bread selection and even prosecco.

When I checked out, the reception did not know that my room had been paid for through Booking.com and I had to pay again. However, later in the day, I easily straighten out the situation with the front desk and the duplicate charge was refunded without an issue.

Lovely hotel with beautiful architecture and interior decorations. Very good food. Friendly and helpful staff. Exceptional hotel spa with a large indoor pool and equally large, connected outdoor pool. Water temperature was very pleasant. Various underwater massage spouts. Three different kinds of healthy water to drink in the spa.

There could have been some more Christmas decorations (I stayed there over Christmas), in particular in the dining room.
